A Solid Neighborhood Dunkin' for Your Coffee Fix This Dunkin' located at 2928 Shore Drive in Virginia Beach is a reliable spot for your daily coffee and donut cravings, consistently delivering on the brand's promise of a quick and satisfying experience. While it may not be without the occasional hiccup, its convenient location and generally efficient service make it a worthy stop. During a recent visit, the drive-thru was bustling, a testament to its popularity with the locals. Despite the line, the service was impressively swift, and the staff member at the window was friendly and efficient. The order, a classic iced coffee and a Boston Kreme donut, was prepared exactly as requested. The coffee was refreshingly cold and perfectly sweetened, and the donut was fresh and delicious. The food and drinks were also securely packaged, a small but appreciated detail. While online reviews suggest that order accuracy can sometimes be an issue, particularly with delivery services, my in-person experience was seamless. The interior of the restaurant appeared clean and well-maintained, offering a welcoming atmosphere for those who wish to dine in. Overall, this Dunkin' earns a solid four stars. It's a dependable choice for a quick breakfast or a midday pick-me-up, offering the quality and convenience that Dunkin' patrons have come to expect. While there's always a slight chance of a mix-up during peak hours, the friendly service and consistent quality of their core offerings make it a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am usually very pleased with this dunkin donuts location. However, today I stopped by to get a drink and donut and there was a shift lead there name Eva that was extremely rude to the workers there she did look pregnant but that does not excuse your behavior especially in front of your guest. I've been a manager in the food business and it has always been known if you have an issue with a coworker you need to handle that privately. I understand if you're pregnant your hormones are a little crazy, but if you're going to treat people like that then maybe you shouldn't be working. She also had no intentions on finishing my drink another young lady came over to finish, and she didnt even make it right it was supposed to be 50/50 cotton candy and watermelon coolata but she made it a 90/10 cotton candy watermelon. I think the general manager needs to rethink her...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAttempted 5:50 AM doughnut run only to encounter a drive-thru cashier doubling as a boot camp drill sergeant. My simple request to avoid shouting orders into the speaker was met with a brisk, āNo, use the speaker or come inside.āSurrendering to the speaker, I placed my order.
Yet, when I sought to add just one more item at the window, the sergeant commanded, āBack to the end of the drive-thru line, recruit!āāin a tone that would make a drill sergeant proud. The place was deserted, yet here I was, navigating a customer service obstacle course.
This wasn't adherence to protocol; it felt more like tyranny with a side of sprinkles. Considering I was the only soul brave enough to face the donut dictatorship at dawn, the lack of flexibility was both hilarious and harrowing. Next timeā¦there wonāt be...
