Jade Garden — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Called in to place an order. When asked carry out or delivery I opted for delivery (after she told me it was only $1.60 for the delivery fee). She asked me for the address, I gave it to her. She told me to hold on so she could look the address up. She comes back and says that they don't deliver there...it's too far. I asked her how far do they deliver she said "...like 2 or 3 miles." After I got off the phone with her I looked it up for myself (it was only 4 miles). Really?? If all they wanted was more money for delivery, that's fine just ask for more. I had my husband call back in and place the order and go pick the food up. The food tasted like 💩! We have ate there once before and no problem. I don't know if it's just the people who were working tonight or what, but I will not be...

Latex free facility. They deliver! We’ve been ordering take out from here off and on for about 10 years. There were a few years where flavors were hit or miss and dining room was dirty so we stopped eating here for a while. But tried ordering takeout recently because reviews improved. The dining room has been very clean on these recent visits. Our order today included lemon chicken, broccoli and beef, pork lo mein, steamed rice and fried rice. We also ordered chicken wings and spring rolls. Their lemon sauce and sweet and sour sauce are very good. All the food was delivered as ordered and very hot. The broccoli was very good. ...

I don't understand why it's 1$ for an egg in your fried rice when I can get a carton of eggs for 99cents @ Aldi. (Highway robbery).On top of that I ask for extra hot mustard but I still only get 2 packets with 3 packs of soy sauce? Really?? 16$ + tip but I got less than what I required. Stop, think. Remember I've spent a lot of money here. I WANT EXCELLENCE 😫 PERIOD! The food is good(sometimes), but, @ other times I'm disappointed tremendously.
