Making this review because I haven't gotten anywhere with corporate or the store itself.
I want to give a 5 star but I can't. If you want to order from this specific Taco Bell only do it in the morning to the very early afternoon.
I'll start off and say the morning shift is the best! Never had a refund or problem or any complaint to make about anything I've gotten! They always send hot and full food to me without any problem! The customer service by them in person is great as well. They should definitely pay them more. (Not sure how much they get paid but they do amazing there.)
As for the other times. I've probably DoorDashed from this location over 15 times and out of those time maybe more than half of them were from the afternoon/night crew. They send out food with barely anything in it (little meat, cheese etc.), broken tacos, and the customer service to get the issues resolved is horrible. The worst part was I said screw it let me go there in person maybe it's because I'm doing online orders. Maaaaaan I was even more mad when I left and got home. I was missing 2 items out of 4 AND the tacos were broken. But, the customer service from their corporate department is great. They help me get my refunds immediately.

Read moreShift lead turned away service 5 minutes before close, after another employee started to take my order and was spoken over. Shift lead on this night stated they were closed, to which I asked, "are you not open until 1AM", I am turned away by then being told after a momentary pause " we are currently short staffed, I apologize but we cannot take your order.". I go to the local ATM located a block away for business there disappointed I'm told this. At 12:58 AM as I am driving off to leave I see a vehicle pull into the parking lot and go through drive through and speak with them briefly before pulling to the window. At this point I'm confused and irritated. I am now watching them hand drinks out the window to this vehicle. I was just refused service but this is okay?
I decide to then snap a picture of this and call the store to find out who manager on duty is. They did give me their name and I had to ask why they did that, to which she stated that the driver was a door dasher.
When does it become okay to turn away one paying guest for another, during Open hours of business? You state your closed, during open business hours, and turn away one guest but serve another, and on top of that also excuse it to short staff.

It appears like they just paid and left, and now, because they accepted the order, I cannot cancel it. This taco bell sucks ass. I've ordered from here since October, and 9/10 times they forget something (most of the time they forget the nacho fries or the chips) or, in one instance, send me a completely wrong order (I was very stoned at the time, so I ended up violently sobbing at like 1 am cuz I got an order that wasn't mine but labeled as such) They also frequently mess up my drinks. (How hard is it to give me a Mango flavored tea instead of a Pepsi?) If you're gonna order Taco Bell in the app, I'd recommend being far away enough from this location to not get your order sent there.
