Mosy horriffic experience ever. Went there today had to knock on window,because after 5 minutes we were still waiting to be waited on. I told the girl Abby whay i wanted so Clay made it. I took it to show my mom what they were. ( she's bever been there.) Abby took mine it of my hand and said she couldn't give it to me till it was paid for. In the meantime we still had 3 more orders to order. So my gelati sat there for 10 minutes before the whole order was ready.When i asked for her to remake mine cause it was melted at this point. I was told no they couldn't it was the consistancy. I come here quite often and melted is not my idea of a refreshing treat. I then asked for a manager's number and was told she couldn't give it out. I then asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do that either. I feel that someone that knows what they need to do in these situations should ve there. I feel as a customet i was not treated right and takwn advantage of. Needless to say I wont be going back to this one. I also feel that the order shouldnt be started till the whole order was ready to fill. If i would have been able to eat it before ot melted this wouldn't even be an issue however the situation wasn't handled the right way and I will tell everyone I know not to come here. Horrible ...

Went in for a fun treat after a girls night out and ended being one of the worst times we have had. As I was sitting in my friend's car enjoying my ice, I saw the trash can wheel towards my own vehicle at full speed. I get out, see scratches on my vehicle. The employee was completely unprofessional. She refused to take my information for the owner to reach out to me. As a customer it is hard to find the time to reach out due to an inconvenience at a place I stopped at briefly. I asked the employee to contact the owner to which she said "I gave you the information to do it." The employee appeared upset that I kept looking at the damages, and shouted towards me "there is nothing I can do for your vehicle mayam." I have worked in industries like this to know it is appropriate to contact the owner immediately and that the owner should contact the customer. Lastly, when I asked for the employee's name (Mary) it was different than what the name tag said on her hat (CJ). I will most likely not return to this establishment, unless compensation is involved.
I would further suggest that these employees need to be trained on what to do in emergency situations. Especially if they have no managers on...
Read moreI love Rita’s, but the bad experience started with the order taking. My wife and I as well as my daughter were in line waiting for our order when it was our turn, the younger girl asked what we’d like to order, as we start to speak and order our ice cream and misto, she just stops paying attention and Carrie’s on a conversation directly in our face to the other younger girl working. After we look at her dumbfounded… like did this really just happen?… she then says, “oh wait what did you say.”
She rings us up for two additional ice creams that we didn’t order, I asked for a cone, and she simply just seemed more occupied with wanting to chat than to work. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve had this encounter with this same girl. She seems to be there every time I go.
Seems like they don’t work well as a team. Orders consistently incorrect, having to remake the simplest of items.
Otherwise the treats were great. Just wish the service was up to par like It typically is at any other Rita’s I’ve been to.
