Sal's NY Slice Pizzeria — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I never write reviews about restaurants. So it pains me that this one is a negative one. I placed an order for delivery and was told an estimated wait time of 35 minutes. I didn’t end up getting my cold cardboard for nearly 2 hours. I almost called back but decided to hold off. I know how busy places like this can get and I didn’t want to raise a stink about it. However, when I finally got my pizza it was cold and I could definitely tell that it’s been sitting for quite a while.
