Wouldn’t recommend this location. Sunday 5/25/25 @5:35 pm I Ordered a combo deal with a flat bread and a Ohana Breeze. $14.47. Upon getting in my car and taking a sip i realized the smoothie was not make right as i have ordered the smoothie TWICE prior to this day. I immediately went back inside to ask the employees if i could have the smoothie remade or get something different because it was disgusting and tasted chalky. The employee called the owner who said they couldn’t remake. Causing me to spend another 9.50 cents on a new smoothie. Not sure why the employees couldn’t have just remade it. Mistakes happen. They should have enough ingredients for mistakes but i guess not. Monday 5/26/25 I call the store expressing my concerns i left my name and number and was told someone would give me a call. 6/2/25. Still no call so i call the store and expressed that i was waiting on an update after i left my phone number last week. The lady tells me she will have the owner call me because it was the owners policy. Ok cool 6/2/25 owner calls me giving me a rundown of ripeness of mangos and telling me that the smoothie is naturally sweeted so people don’t usually like it. as if i care. I expressed to her that if the smoothie was not made correctly, or if the fruit was not ready to sell, i should not have been sold the smoothie. Owner was very passive and over talked me when i was giving concerns about a smoothie that I paid for. The most she could offer me was 50% off a smoothie if i came in that day. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Seems like they’re penny pinching and selling smoothies knowing that the fruits are not ready. Additionally, i have already brought two smoothies! 50% off?? We visit the Shore Drive location often and rarely is a staff member at the register or in the front of the restaurant when you enter. They are picky about coupons, despite there being no specifics or fine print and have not allowed them to be used in the past. Smoothies are not consistently made. I ordered two Smoothies today which were clearly missing a main ingredient and tasted off. I was reluctant to return them but did. Instead of listening to why I thought they were wrong, the man helping us, whom I believe is the store's owner, yelled to the back at another team member remarking "she thinks they are not made correctly." The girl in the back was clearly annoyed, making all other orders (including those from people behind me in line) before mine and even rolled her eyes when she brought the new ones to the window. No one apologized for the issue or asked what was wrong. Instead it seemed the girl made the smoothies the EXACT same way she did the first time, so we ended up with another 2 wrong smoothies... I can only imagine they were out of the missing ingredient and thought people wouldn't notice OR she believed she was making the smoothie correctly but never took the time to check. Logically, you'd think you'd want to double check after a complaint but again, customer service is not a strong point for this location. Don't waste your money on hit-or-miss service and quality. Read moreWalked into the store it was obvious that the two girls behind the counter were new they didn't know what they were doing. I order a lean machine and a Chipotle chicken club flatbread immediately my order is fulfilled I thought that's strange that was really fast. When I tried the food it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting there for a couple hours. When I walk back in to the store I heard the guy behind the counter say to the girls " Those last two orders I just gave them what was left over from orders from this morning so I didn't have to make them again." The guy didn't know I was standing there but the girls did and the look of shock on their face was priceless because they knew what he did was wrong I did not have him remake the food because with that type of mentality I was afraid he would do something to my food. I also found when I'm purchasing my food that the terminal is asking me the tip before I received my food which obviously is going to motivate somebody to not do a good job on my food if I don't tip so I'm being strong armed and the tipping.
