The employee that was there taking orders seemed to have been having a rough go of it; they may have been short-staffed when I stopped by because she was really the only one I saw in there waiting on customers. My interaction with the employee was neither bad nor good. I asked for more time to choose what I wanted, and when I was ready, she scooped up my ice cream of choice and put it on a cone for me. Then I paid and went about my merry way. The service has never been terrible, but sometimes, it's just okay.
I only got a one-scoop peanut butter chocolate ice cream on a waffle cone, but the portion was enough to satisfy my ice cream cravings! I really enjoyed it because it wasn't too sweet and the proportion of the peanut butter to the chocolate was perfect. The waffle cone was perfectly crunchy, too.
There are a few tables with chairs inside of the shop for people who want to chill in there. It's mostly always clean inside, and you can chill in there for a minute like how you would at a Starbucks. They also have tables and chairs outside for when the weather is nice. This location is shared with Dunkin', so if you're feeling more like Dunkin', you're in luck!

Read moreIf I could leave zero stars, I would. My husband and I walked in to order ice cream and a chocolate shake for our family around 6:15 on Sunday. Three employees were working and not a single one greeted or acknowledged our existence. Ordered our items on the kiosk. Still no employee talk to us. Then our order number showed as ready for pickup at the pickup window. There was no order. In fact they just started it. I was told there was no chocolate for the chocolate shake. I asked for a refund. I was told there is no manager on duty and they cannot give a refund. I left the receipt with my number and asked for the manager, Kenya (sp?) to call me. Never received a call. 3 days later I called and spoke to a "manager". This guy was so unbothered by my whole experience. He told me I could drive there and get a refund but there was no way to get one over the phone. I was advised I had to drive 20 minutes away to get my money back. If this is the policy, then a manager should be on duty all the time. Besides this it was a horrible experience as all the kids that worked inside were just so unfriendly and unprofessional.
