These guys turned what could have been an obnoxious hassle into a totally painless experience.
I tried to place an order online, but it threw an error at me and said that it failed. When I checked my card, however, I saw that the charge went through, though I didn't get a confirmation email like I usually do. So I called the store and spoke with a manager, who told me that they hadn't received any online orders, and that we could wait fifteen minutes or so to see if it came in, and if it didn't, he could take my order over the phone. Okay, not their fault, their online order processing is through a third party. It didn't ever go through, so he took my order and got it delivered to me.
I figured I'd wait a few days and see if the processing charge was just a hold on my account, but a few days later, it posted, so I was double-charged. I called the store again and explained the situation, but it was the weekend, so there was no manager available. The guy on the phone took my number and told me that a manager would give me a call on Monday to sort things out, but it was only a few hours later that I received a call from a manager who said that they would call the order processing company, SnappyEats, and get the whole thing sorted. Sure enough, upon checking my account a few days later, I found a credit in the amount of the first order I had tried to place.
I've dealt with other businesses in similar situations who were either rude, unhelpful, or deflecting to the third-party processor, but at no point in this entire interaction did I feel frustrated or put out. These guys handled this situation like total professionals and didn't make me feel like I had to work for it; they did all the heavy lifting for me.

Read moreI've been ordering combo #3 for lunch once a week for quite a while now. It comes with lamb and ground beef kebab; I order it just over rice. The lamb is tender every time -- sometimes even a little bit pink inside -- with deliciously browned edges. The beef is soft, amazingly seasoned and also is perfectly browned. The rice is fragrant, flavorful and fluffy -- such a good match for the meats.
On top of that, it comes with a half piece of their delicious flatbread. I usually get two of their spicy green sauce instead of one each of green and yogurt sauce. One of the greens is what I dip the bread into and the other is for drizzling onto bites that I've meticulously crafted and mounted onto my fork. Yikes, it's so good.
The staff is very friendly, and I've had no issues with my orders; though, I have only ordered to take out from inside the restaurant. Just be sure that you are understood and that you understand what is said and everyone will be happy and have delicious...
