Second time coming here unhappy it was only two people first off no mask on one at a point in time and no hair net for either one also the one taking care of my order didn’t have any gloves on (can’t say if the other employee did or didn’t) In front of me and one person behind. They were rushing in an insufficient way getting orders wrong then took the person behind me order before mine. When I had got to the register she didn’t give me a bag when it was clear it was needed and when she went to go grab the spoon she grab the spoon where I use to eat. Sad part is the guy before me was still in there after I left because they kept messing up his order. Will most definitely call customer service about this COVID-19 is still here and it’s sad the store does not take the necessary...

Thanks to TMobile Tuesdays I was inspired to walk into Baskin Robbins to take advantage of a $2 off coupon. Because I am Vegan, I am always looking for places that provide options that are dairy free. They had a chocolate chip cookie dough vegan dairy free ice cream and it tasted like a million bucks to me. I dont miss ice cream because of flavors like this. I chose 2 scoops in a cup and for 3 people only paid $12 for three cups. I only wish they had more than one vegan option. With 41 flavors, there should atleast be 5-10 dairy free options. I think I can speak for all vegans by saying....Work on that...

The service here has really gone down hill recently. Young workers that just seem like they don’t know what they’re doing. Very slow and laid back. I was served by Ralph, I hope this review encourages whoever is in charge to train their employees more throughly. I used to really enjoy coming here, I’ve been a customer since 05 and always loved the personable experience with the former owner Alice. Hopefully they are able to bring their standards back up in this...
