I ordered a philly steak supreme to go. And verified my order prior to getting off the phone. I pick up my order and get home (15-20 min away) only to find meat and cheese on the sandwich. I called them back to make them aware of the mistake. They offered to remake the sandwich only if i come in back the same day. If i came in tomorrow (as I requested) then it would be half off. What?! I explained to the manager that as the customer, i did what i was supposed to do by clearly stating my order and now they want to inconvenience me to drive back out 20 min then 20 back home for their mistake?! I explained that i had a small child and i would not be able to come back out. Then i clarified by asking that as a customer who paid over $9 for a sandwich you are telling me that in efforts to rectify this error i need to come back out load up my child and incur driving time just under and hour and you would acknowledge the mistake OR i can pay about $5 (now we are at $14 for a sandwich) tomorrow, when it is convenient for me. And the managers response was "well thats just what we do". I had my sons 1st birthday party there a couple of years back and the customer service was poor then (and we spent wayyyy more than $9)....looks like some things never change. As a result of this incident I will never step foot back in this...
Read moreWe had a party of 7(5 adults, 2 children) for a 12:30 lunch today before my grandad's 2:00pm funeral service. We told the server we only had an hour and a half to eat. She acknowledged and said it will be fine. We ordered just a pizza and 3 sub sandwiches with fries. The pizza came out way before the rest of the food. The rest of the food came out 35 minutes later with only 10 minutes left before we had to leave. We had to tell them we needed our food to-go at that point. The pizza was delicious. But my steak and cheese sub was cold, there were 2 different types of fries, and the fries were dark brown and soggy as if the deep fryer grease needed to be filtered or changed- they didn't taste good.
I wasn't that perturbed until when we mentioned we needed the food to-go, she just kept saying "it's coming now" and still INSISTED on bringing the food out. They showed zero concern for their delay, and quality of service. They're 100% was not worth what they cost. I took a picture when I got home. I only had time to take one bite at the restaurant. Notice the 2 types of french fries lol- not a big deal really, but that's a rookie move.
If they acknowledged their mistake and took responsibility, I wouldn't have left a Google review....

Fast forward years later, I end up moving right down the street from there about a year and half ago. Not knowing if it was still a good place after all these years, I finally decided to check it out!! My husband ordered us food for our Saturday night. We were enjoying our night and I also commented how good the food taste. I was happy until I went to warm my leftovers and found a roach in my food!!!!!! I instantly felt sick and scared because that is the nastiest of bugs!!!!!!! Called my husband right away and he sent me a screen shot of the transaction so I could go there. When I called before heading over, the manager stated they don't have roaches, then..... how was it in my food!! She offered me another dinner, absolutely not!! I want my money back for everything! I told her what was ordered, she states it only rang up for $35 but we paid a ticket of $50, $41 for food and $9 for tip. What kind of way are they charging people???
