This by far. Is the worst wawa I have been to. I am now driving 6 miles out of the way bc this is unacceptable to me and someone needs to contact management about their disrespectful employees. When your a DAILY CUSTOMER and get treated the waybi just was it really makes you not want to spend $5 on a coffee 2 times a day there. The young lady with a shaved head, that works nights was still there this morning at 5:50a.m. when I arrived my coffee wasn't made correctly so I asked her to make it again after she fought me verbally on what I know what MY coffee looks like when I get it 2 times a day from wawa. Then she proceeds to laugh at me while complaining to another employee and tells me if I don't like it go see management. So I am writing a review and contacting CORPORATE.

I no longer shop at this store anymore because of the customer service aa stated above. But have to go in there to deliver doordash. And I went in there twice tonight. And the black older woman with short hair was very rude 2 different times the first time she didn't even acknowledge anyone there waiting on doordash. A girl in front of me had an order. She told her just wait a minute. She was very rude to her then, finally, the girl that works her butt off all the time that wears a bandana waited on us. Both orders were just sitting on the counter. Then I just left there, for the second time saw the alcohol sitting on the counter that I had to pick up and asked if i cam get the order amd pointed at it. She replies with I know it sitting there, but you're gonna have to wait a minute. Very bad customer service at this store. If she can't work around people, she shouldn't work in customer service waiting on people. She was nice to all the black customers there though I will say that I sat there and watched her both times. So I'm adding this to my review bc she's rude amd racist it seems. She was rude to me and the other white girl waiting for doordash. If every other race can make complaints about it, then as a Native American woman, I'm gonna call it like I see it too. She was very rude to me and the other white girl, but had no problems joking and laughing with the other black customers. She has one speed and does 1 little thing at a time. It's uncalled for the work ethic is country now it's so sad to see our country this way. She also walked away from about 6 customers in line. She couldn't handle it went back to go get help. Read moreOn' 2/7/14, I pumped my gas on pump ten. I put the latch thing on and got back into my car, which is what I do when it's very cold outside. Now, i already had 1/4 of a tank in my car already and the gas price was $3.03 so I know I shouln't be spending over $40 dollars. Instead of the gas pump stopping when it reach it's max it kept pumping out gas and gas was spilling out of my car onto the ground. There was a huge puddle of gas . So, I pressed the intercom button to inform someone and they said they will send someone out but they didn't so I went in to speak to the manager. She told me she have to send some out there to see how much gas was spilt becaus I told her I paid over $10 to $15 dollars. So, her associate Erica came out with an attitude and I'm standing there waiting on her to tell me something and all she said was, "Is there anything thing you need" and I said some of my money back because I know filling my tank did not cost this much. She replied stating that there's nothing they can do and that I can't get any money back and she said it with an attitude. This is not the first time she has been rude to me or anybody else. Needless to say I left because I had to be at work but this place has a few unprofessional people, it can be dirty at times and some of the women show favortism towards the men that come to the store. Read moreUpdated review: This is the second time I've discovered someone's hair in my food. And I do not know how it is hard to read an order and still get it messed up. I ordered tomatoes on my sandwich and there was none on there. I ordered mayo, oil, and vinegar NOT A DROP ON MY SUB. Hardly any onions. I can't understand how you have something in front of you and still make a mistake. You guys should wearing hairnets or something covering the hair. Not just a hat.
I did an online order that I put in for an HOUR in advance. So when it was time to pick it up it was not ready. I waited for a few minutes and then checked to see if maybe it was ready and I just didn't know. So when I asked the lady snapped she has not called any orders yet. So then I told her it was an online order. She asked the other person and then said it will be up soon. Well that was about 10 minutes later. So when I got home the sandwich had no lettuce on it which I did request. And after further inspection there was a piece of hair in my sandwich. I was so grossed out I threw the sandwich away!
