went thru drive thru around10a.m., not busy, no wait. Ordered a breakfast combo biscuit sandwhich, told no biscuits or would be while as they were cooking. Ordered a croissant meal bacon, cheese, and egg. I did not upgrade to larger meal nor was I asked if I wanted to. When I got my order I got an upgraded sausage (not bacon) sandwhich which I had to pay additionally for. Got to the window and took my large coffee. I was not asked if I wanted creme or sugar. I took the coffee and lifted the lid to see if they had put any in there or to be able to if not. The cup was filled to the brim, so the coffee spilled everywhere. While I waited several minutes at the window for my meal, I used napkins I had in the car to clean up the majority of the coffee mess. Then I got my meal with the receiptd and realized I had been upgraded. Didn't make an issue of it or the spilt coffee. I asked for creme and sugar and was handed a large handfull of both which I sorted the two sugars and cremes I needed and handed the remaining pieces back. Had to ask for ketchup as I looked in the bag and found none. Food was ok. Just remember to be very exact in your order and look out for yourself, as they will not be doing that for you. Edit: July 2024. twice in this month I've gone to bk. Once inside with my grandson. There were about eight people waiting for their order. I ordered and found out that they only had one person in the kitchen serving up the drive through and the dining room. Took about fifteen to twenty minutes to get the food. Which was ok. For breakfast today, the drive through was criminally slow. Only two cars in front of me. One just sat at the order window for at least five minutes and then finally moved on. The other guy drove off. I was able to order but had to keep calling to the person through the microphone to get their attention and then order. they were not helpful. When I got to the drive up window, the guy who had been in front of me drove off without getting his food. I pulled up and the person had no idea what I had ordered, so she had to sort through other people's orders to finally guess at mine. Food was cold and poorly put together. Also, expensive $9+ for bkfst sandwhich. Think I will stay away...
Read moreLunch time visit 2/21/25 12:25 I don't frequent fastfood places and never go to the drive through when I do. Inside order for takeout. The place was pretty clean considering it was during the lunch rush. The drive thru was 14 vehicles deep. Only 3 of us inside ordering. Simple order: 2 Whoppers (very good), fish sandwich (nasty), medium fry (ok). $21.91 Everything with the staff behind the counter was in slow motion. 16 minutes to receive my order. No ketchup for fries or napkins in the bag even though I stated it was a takeout order. Pretty standard nowadays. It'll be another 8 months before I get fastfood again.
*Note this review was completed without using ridiculous un-discriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do yourself a favor, trust me, flavorful, or kids emojis etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress/clerk names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. We don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food.

Read moreIncredibly slow, and the order was incorrect even after waiting an astronomically uncalled for amount of time. Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered two Whoppers, two Whoppers with no onions and an 8pc spicy nugget. Finally got to the window to pay, and the cashier read my order back to me as "4 Whoppers, 1 with no onion and an 8pc spicy nugget". I explained to him that I needed 2 Whoppers regular and 2 with no onion, and received an acknowledgment from him. I was then told a different total then I was at the speaker. I paid the little bit extra as I was tired of waiting. I paid exact change, and then was given change back that amounted to the difference between what I was told at the speaker. The food came out the window and I asked again about the 2 Whoppers with no onion, and the cashier walked away. I checked the bag, and had 3 with onion and 1 without. I waited until he came back to the window, and explained to him what I had in the bag. He asked me if I wanted it remade, I told him yes I would appreciate it as the two with no onion were for someone who couldn't eat onion for medical reasons.
Overall I finally got the food I came for and left. This is not the first time my experience has been horrific at this Burger King location. I have always had to wait over 20 minutes to get through the drive thru, and the food has never been right the first time.
I would strongly recommend going to a different location if you have the time. This location is the closest to my house (18-20 minute drive) and the only reason I have subjected myself to this torture more than once. Tonight will be the last time I ever visit this location.
