Something seems weird this morning. I order breakfast most mornings here. I always get the same thing. And they have never messed up my order until today. I pull up at the drive thru and order my standard items. 2 for $6 double croissants. Alway $6.81. Cashier quoted my price as $6.81 and I pull around. She pulls me to the front to wait for my meal. She comes out gives me my meal with a smile and I drive off. I get to work and I realize I didn’t receive double croissant, I receive single bacon croissants which are listed 2/$5. I’m annoyed cause the one time I don’t check my bag this happens. They look delicious so I commit to taking this L cause I don’t have time to return and I’m hungry but I go to check my receipt and realized she never gave me one! And there isn’t one in the bag. Something told me to check my bank account and I see a charge of $7 which makes me very suspicious cause my meal was and always have been and was quoted to me to be $6.81 and I wasn’t asked to round up. Why the hell was I given no receipt and why am I’m being charged $7 for something that was quoted to be $6.81 and cost technically under $6. And then you make sure you don’t give me a receipt providing me with no proof. Everything about this order comes off like I’m paying for someone mistake. Although this is the first issue I’ve had since coming to this establishment this is not my first BK issue. I’m definitely calling the manager because I’m not settled about this...
Read moreI came here this morning for breakfast. I went through the drive thru and got a sausage egg and cheese croissant combo. The sandwich was OK, but not fresh, and the hash browns were cold. I told the manager about the hash browns and she got me some more. Then, I tried those hash browns and they were hot, but hard as rocks like they redropped them. So, I came back and they cooked me some more fresh. I went inside. While I was waiting for the hash browns, the girl in the kitchen with braids was making the food. She had remade sandwiches sitting out on the prep table to heat and serve. Mind you, they are sitting there at room temperature. In addition, when she didn't ha e orders, she was leaning all across the table where the food is made and was touching her hair with the gloves on. An order came and she did not change the gloves or wash her hands. These are food safety violations. I run a restaurant as well, so I know. After all this, I asked for the manager ( she had braids as well), and she did nothing about it. Didn't even say anything to the employee to correct the situation. This is poor management/leadership . This could cause someone to get sick. Something needs to be done about this. I feel as though I should contact the local...
Read moreCame to this location to order food tonight. The monitor was not working. Drove to the window to see why and to place order. Was told that I could not place my order. Asked to speak with manager. Manager never came to window to see what the issue was. The young ladies that were at the window repeatedly came to the window laughing and eating food in my face. I have been sitting here for fifteen minutes waiting to talk to a professional AKA manager and yet to have one come. I myself ran 9 locations as a district manager for Burger King for 9 years. This is not the protocol for this and definitely would not have been excepted under my supervision and I hope that who ever has this location will look into this. The location is to close at 12am and because I am here they have turned the lights off in the building. I have recorded so that the person's running this location see how they are doing your business at...
