Sunrise T.A.C.C.O — Restaurant in Virginia

Spent $17 on a tiny bowl of what they call "General Tso chicken" (but doesn't taste like any General Tso chicken I've ever had) and two cheeseburger egg rolls. The "cheeseburger egg rolls" were disgusting. Consisted of sloppy tasteless ground beef, no cheese or onions. If I get sick to my stomach, I'll know why. The General Tso chicken was also gross and flavorless and it sat on top of "fried rice" which looked to be just rice that was brown. No good flavor anywhere....

It's a great place to grab something delicious that doesn't break the bank. And in this chaotic day and age where tip inflation is creeping up everywhere outside of sit down restaurants, it is beyond refreshing to find a place where the price is the price, no hidden fees or guilt like you might find elsewhere.
