Caramelo Bakery — Restaurant in Virginia

I changed from Cintilas Bakery because I really value how people treat me and here already on three occasions a young woman who I think is called Marly or merely has treated me rudely and today around 7:00 pm she told me that if I wanted to I was going to collect two black bags. I think she doesn't know how to work with customers and for 5 cents and her rude attitude towards customers they will lose a lot of customers.

A small bakery with several tables inside offering central and South American sweet and non sweet treats. Noticed they sell both baked and fried empanadas.

They also have facturas not authentic. An Argentinean pastry that has quince (membrillo) on 1 side and custard on the other end. Jam or jelly is substituted for quince. The pastry all together isn't bad but I wouldn't return.

My husband and I came here to eat breakfast and it took 45 minutes to have it I asked the lady at front and she was very rude on top of that I got a bug on my breakfast it was nasty. I can tell that she was new but the lack of costumer services OMG. She also was saying out loud people are very rude and want me to be nice… who said those things!! I really like caramelo but this lady needs to get fired....
