Chipotle Mexican Grill at Oakton, Va Service is horrible... I've just returned from the place. My son had to wait for more than 10 minutes for what I ordered via Online at 6:05 p.m. and selected as scheduled pickup at 6:30 p.m. My son came home without the order. No one even bothered to ask if he needed anything while he was waiting on the ordered brown-bag, usually on the self for people to pick up. For this case, I visited myself, after my son came back without the order. This is Saturday evening around 6:30 p.m. and it is NOT BUSY at all. I walked in and didn't see a brown-bag with my name on it, so I asked for my order and my brown-bad was sitting on the counter and a guy was looking out at the windows, acted like he and/or they were busy... I told the guy that my son was there before me and waited for 10 minutes for our order and NO one even bother to ask what he needed... Lack of training, etc.... I don't know who owns this particular franchise at the place, but this particular Chipotle Mexican Grill place at Oakton, Va is not a good place to be reliable for its service... Actually, it deserves "NO Star" for...
Read moreI will never visit this Chipotle again. I use to as in today is my last day especially after the discrimination I received. I placed an order online in which I added a large fountain drink. I didn't see the cup. I went to ask the young man aka the manager about My cup he immediately stated and I quote I'm busy I'm not talking to you. Keep in mind 2 people one of which was before and after me interrupted him and asked him questions he immediately stopped what he was doing to answer the question. I got furious and told him to tell them the same thing he told me.. Upon asking the cashier for my receipt which usually has the stores managers name on it he proceeded to tell the cashier to not assist me with a receipt and keep ringing up people. I am LIVID. If you never place an order online how would you know a cup was in the bag makes absolutely no sense right and to ask a question and receive immediate disrespect humiliation and discrimination all in one is a bit much. Let's just say corporate and the store Manger will definitely be receiving a formal complaint...
Read moreRemember being here in the pre pandemic days (2019) for lunch and having to wait in line to place the order. Also, it was hard to find a place to sit during lunch, back then. This time around (2023), there was no one in line and just two people eating there. I saw maybe 2 others come in to pick up their order. Chipotle, how did you manage this? Perhaps making a burrito abt. $10 when you are looking at record profits drove your costumers off? From Chipotle's website - "Fourth quarter highlights, year over year:

Had the chicken burrito bowl. The odd thing was that the white rice was sticky, usually it appears fresh and cooked just right. Perhaps they added too much water when boiling the rice?? It still tasted good, just that it was mushier than usual. Service was OK, no greeting, no 'what would you like?' ,etc. from the dude. The other two folks...
