Cinnabon — Restaurant in Virginia

Should be 0 stars. I took one of my breaks from work specifically to go to Cinnabon. No one at the station when I went in but a tub of icing was sitting on the counter half open (for who knows how long), so I asked a gentleman working if the station was open, he replied yes and that he would get someone for me. A woman comes over to “help” me, I start to order a center of the bun to which she replies, “I don’t even know what that is. Let me ask.” And proceeds to yell across to the girl working the register who pointedly replied “we don’t have ANYTHING!” Ok, so I ask the girl if there’s no iced coffee either and she shows me to the janky, self serve coffee station. This place is terrible. If only they allowed a separation in cinnamon workers/pilot gas station workers/ deli workers it would be better. I have been able to get hot/fresh/out the oven Cinnabon twice in 5 years of stopping by. Today I came at 3:30 knowing they don’t close until 6pm. Again, no fresh rolls and the guy coming over says yeah I get off at 4 so no one else can work over here. When I asked about applying to work at the Cinnabon station he said you can’t work for just Cinnabon, you have to be cross trained for everything…(but no one can come work in the Cinnabon station hmmm). I made the drive specifically for the cinnabons amd because it was always a tradition for my daughter to have Cinnabon, we made the visit. The female that worked there was rude not very friendly, it appears she may had an off morning and being unapologetic for her behavior had me feeling disappointed since I was coming from Ft. Lee. Its people like her would make it hard for customers to come by, to add on to it the buns were over baked perhaps she was the reason for the buns to come out the way they did, distasteful! My visit was on 9/26/2021, next time put up a sign that you're not open if you're not willing to kindly tell customers that you are closed when clearly you're icing...
