We recently went in there to get some ice cream and it was absolutely awful and that’s an overstatement the ice cream was completely melted inside the FREEZER how does ice cream melt in a FREEZER like this is a brand new location and it’s already getting a bad rep on how god awful it is to add on top of the experience the staff was beyond slow like they wanted to be anywhere else (granted no one wants to be at work) but they just moved like a 7 year inch and that’s probably why the line is always backed up because they can not keep up with the demand on people coming in granted it’s not their faults their young the management should probably train their staff to be efficient and confident in what they do the MANAGEMENT team are setting these guys up for failure without a doubt all the employees there were nice and friendly especially Ryan but management needs to get these guys setup for success and not failure hopefully they get all this issues under control because they can be very very successful in the location but with how it went tonight I’m sure people would rather get a ice cream cone from McDonald (if their machines are working) or even small local shops but I’ll drop some pictures of how melted the ice cream...
