Unfortunately, I have had consistently bad delivery service on the last three occasions. To be fair, this was a different driver on each occasion. A salad that was brown an wilted on one occasion, someone else’s pizza on another occasion and a missing drink, and half of what I paid for today. When I called back and complained three strikes you’re out, they bad mouthed the driver saying it was his fault. I asked that they please do not re-send the driver and they sent the poor kid out again. To top it off, when I was eating the pizza that arrived without the rest of the order, I found someone’s hair on my pizza. What has happened to service? During the pandemic, they quietly raised menu prices a few dollars on specialty pizzas, and served much more than not so fresh salads. Domino's is overpriced, and under serviced. I just wish Crozet pizza delivered.

Read moreThere has been a change of ownership. I wish Google Reviews could start over because the current Domino's is nothing like the old Domino's. We ordered from the old store multiple times over the last several years solely out of convenience. Like many other people, we did not like the surly stoner employees who frequently messed up the orders and were disinterested in customer service. Eventually, annoyance at the poor service led us to give up on the franchise. BUT! New ownership has come in and turned the place around. We gave it another chance and they will have our continued patronage. Employees were polite, the order was quick and accurate, and we were out the door. My wife and I aren't the only ones noticing the dramatic improvement - last Saturday they had a staff of about a dozen working rapidly and sending order after order out the door, so folks in Crozet are obviously getting over their past negative experiences. Even though the new staff was slammed on that Saturday, my order still only took a few minutes - what a change from three kids standing around hoping to close early! Give the new Domino's...
Read moreI've ordered from this location several times and it's always... Okay. When I ordered this time though, my one pizza was completely messed up. It literally looked like someone shook the box, three pieces were on top of each other and we couldn't even put it back together right, it looked like random pieces thrown in the box. I called the restaurant to get refunded for the messed up pizza and was told they would remake it or give me a coupon for next time. I told them I'm not ordering again so please refund my money At that point the manager got on the phone and said she would refund me but I needed to pay again for the other pizza I ordered (which I noticed after the call was also incorrect, it was supposed to be thin crust and it was a pan pizza). Then she said it would take 2-3 days to process the return but they took my second payment right away?? Anyway, the manager was nice but the pizza is subpar at best and I'm not ordering...
