Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Placed a delivery order at 300, per tracker Miles( the manager) is preparing my order and delivery should be within the next 40-50 mins. 45 mins later my order is still in prep status. I call the restaurant 10 times with no answer. At 445 I arrive to the restaurant ( order still in prep status). I arrive during a shift change, therefore nobody knows anything which I understand but at this point I just need to cancel my order, which could've been done had something answered the phone. Miles comes out of the back, half sleep with eye boogers ( utterly disgusting at a food establishment). He slowly makes his way to me adjusting his eyes to the light and ask if I'm the lady with that delivery. I explain the situation and how if they are behind that is okay but needs to be communicated. He claims "some people" where called and they only have 1 delivery driver. Had someone answered when I called they could've communicated that to me then. I cancelled my order and will never return to this establishment. Miles as a manager needs to be removed or actually stay awake and do his job doing...

Today I was very disappointed with dominos at this location (70 S airport Dr) I ordered my food online and it was supposed to to be ready in 15 minutes so I went to get my food then I had to wait another 30 plus minutes. There was only one person in the whole place who was working by himself the whole time with no help. The worker named Rodney H really was working hard trying to do order after order by himself with at least 10 different orders on the screen. Rodney H was very positive and greeted everyone coming in the building and when I say he is one of the best workers I have ever met at Dominos pizza this guy deserves a raise to a higher position such as a district manager position or General manager position. The district manager at this chain right now should be ashamed of themselves to let someone work the whole place like this with no help. Rodney H I appreciate your hard work and dedication to the job but Dominos y’all really have to do better because what I seen today was terrible. Shoutout to Rodney H best Dominos worker...

I had placed an order at 6pm , very hungry and pregnant. On the app it told me in would take 58-68 minutes not a problem a little long but I didn’t care I was hungry, an hour goes by and it still says my order is preparing , I just waited a little long 2 hours goes by it is now 8pm I call the store and they were “ busy “ and I get things can get busy and things happen they told me a driver is on the way , let me mention the store is 5 minutes away from my house , 20 minutes go by I call again they say we can come up there and get it but I simply could not and I told Them I could wait a little longer a while goes by & it is now 10pm and no food shows I call the store again they completely forgot about my order and they randomly canceled it. I’m so upset with the service and time. I understand things get hard but the amount of times I got told my food was on the way and it was not really tested my patience and I also had nothing to eat at home, so it really ruined my...
