Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Edit: 11/20/2021 Ordered two pizzas and a dessert. Arrived shortly after getting confirmation of order completion. When I entered I was read my previous review below by the employee. The employee asked if that was me I confirmed it was me who left the review. He then asked if I was willing to give them another chance. I responded with that's why I'm here. He then stated he was the one who had thrown out the food and was the employee in the review. He then stated I owed him an apology. (For swearing at him in the parking lot after he threw away my order) I told him I did not. He then told me to leave and he was refusing service. He told me to leave another review. He told me to contact his boss. No problem I'll order from the new Marcos pizza.

Closes at 12 cancels my order and closes at 11:45

Worthless night crew. Wasted food. Said they threw order in trash. The called rang 1 time and hung up I call right back (6 times no answer) Driver there anyway arrive at 12:02 Website says place order before 12 you'll receive it. I placed order at 11:47

Went to 711 they have better...

Very disappointed with the 2 guys in the front desk today I Usually come to this Dominos because it’s pretty close to my house but it looks like they got a new staff and I literally canceled my order of a few items that I was going to purchase there just because they didn’t want to put no hot sauce in my boneless wings When I specifically told the gentleman that is my request that’s how I like my food and I got it that way plenty of time here before with no problem And I specifically told him that if they can’t do that for me then I was just gonna go somewhere else and both on the gentleman in the front desk said no we can’t do it you can go somewhere else I called the Dominos from Bristow order my food with my specific request with the hot sauce on the wings and they gave me absolutely no problem they definitely lost a customer...

I called this dominoes at 10:45 and the person that answered sounded like a 6 year old child I assumed he maybe special needs and placed my order as I always do from this store . He verified my address and stated it would be 30 minutes someone in the background yelled no it will be 45 minutes 12:00 am arrived and I called back spoke to a manger named Ali who stated he had no order for me and the person I spoke to had left and gone home . When I advised him I had people at my house with children to feed can I get the pizza made and come pick up he stated no they wanted to go home and I could come into the store tomorrow and speak to the district manager she is a woman and maybe she can do something ! WARNING THE STORE IS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT NO STARS I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE SUCH POOR CUSTOMER...
