Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I was driving a pick up truck on Braddock rd to the South bound and shift to the left lane before I make the left turn to the Inverchapel RD. There was a Domino driver waiting at the entrance to make a left turn to Braddock rd toward to south bound. There are always a lot of traffic on Braddock rd either on south or north bound and specially the traffic gets worse near by the 495 entrance. The vehicle I drove has slow start, therefore, I always until the road is clear no matter how few cars are presence on the road. However, Domino's driver could not agree with me he horned at me for not making the turn while a few cars were still on presence from the distance. Of course, a few bad words were spoken to one another, and I knew he is from this location. For a second, i thought about calling Domino and complain as much as I want, but I changed my mind and decided to leave a feedback here.

Now, you may wonder why I gave 5 stars while I had a bad experience with Domino's Driver. Who knows, he might a new driver or behind his schedule so bad. I don't think it is unfair to give a negative feedback to the both Domino and driver because of a simple incident. I have seen and heard many cases where people left full of negative feedback because they didn't feel good.

I hope this feedback helps the driver to drive more safely and have a more penitence on a slow start vehicles or choose...

I placed an order online. When I got there I could tell something was wrong, as soon as they pulled my order. The kid who grabbed my order started talking to the other guy while staring at the receipt. The other guy shrugged his shoulders. That's when the kid said something else and the guy shrugged again. He then told the kid to give me the order. Of course I looked at it. They had messed up. One didn't have extra pepperonis and the other was ordered uncut, but was cut. I asked, "is this the order you were just talking to him about"? He said no. Really!?!? He then asked if I wanted it remade... Yes. I told him he only needed to remake the one that was supposed to be uncut. The other guy immediately got an attitude. He yelled to the back saying someone needed to come work the oven since he had to deal with remakes... RUDE!! I then asked if he could keep my pizza under the heater. He ignored me. I asked again, then he stuck it in a bag near the window. The entire time I could hear two of them being upset about having deal...

First off, I absolutely LOVE this Dominos. The staff is nice, friendly, and are understandable. My family and I have been ordering from here for 11 years now, and since then there was only one mishap with our order. It was when they accidentally gave our order to someone else because our order names were similar. They started making our order again and gave us a free pizza as a consolidation. However, even when there were other times when I myself messed up the order by forgetting to put do not cut, they still remade another pizza at no extra cost and asked if we wanted anything (Free soda, Lava Cakes, Brownies etc.) for our troubles, even though it was completely my fault. I love the staff here they are amazing, kind, and awesome human beings that you can actually have a conversation with. You guys...
