Ordered one pizza, order of garlic bites, and a chicken ceasar salad for curbside. Got a courtesy call that my order would be 10 minutes delayed due to the oven being down, which was originally appreciated. Waited the alloted time, then hit i was here for the order, and the 2 minute garuntee timer started counting down as of 6:31pm. At the 45-second mark of the timer, it stopped and said my order is coming out as of 6:33pm. Waited a few minutes, nothing. I worked in the restaurant industry, so i always try to be patient and understanding. After about 30-45 minutes pass i started to grow concerned. I witness 4 other people go in and out and leave upset with no food. At that point i decided to walk in. I kindly asked for an eta for my order and its details. I was met with a blank expression and nothing else. After they scrambled around looking for my food it was just sitting under the heat lamps for i dont know how long. They grabbed the pizza and garlic bites, fumbled the ceasar around, handed me the food and pushed me out the door. There was no apology, care, or concern about the insane amount of wait time. Overall experience was poor.

Read moreStay far away. Ordered on the app, single pizza and some garlic knots, order stalls at the "prep" phase in the app for an hour. I call multiple times, no answer. I try to contact someone through the app, you can't. AI assistant asks you literally dozens of questions and opens a case for you. Meanwhile, I'm starving and now need to get food, and also physically drive to the store to get a refund for my order. They offered no apology or explanation, said that the driver just left with my order a few minutes ago. I did not believe him and even if it did, the food would probably be covered in ants or stolen by the time I got back. I literally called the store in front of them while I was waiting for someone to talk to me and it rang. It was ringing the whole time I was there. No one even looked at the phone. As I left I said he should pick up the phone, and with no care at all he said "little busy". Literally just picking up the phone and saying the order is taking a long time because they were slammed would have saved all this trouble. The food was at my door when I got back, cold. It was also awful, so I'm glad I stopped and got something else on the way home because it was bad enough that I didn't even want to put it in the fridge. When she came back, said stated my order had just been put in and that they are busy and a bit behind. I completely understand being busy but an hour for the order to even be put in the oven is ridiculous. I told her it wasn’t just a little behind. After getting off the phone, I decided to call back and cancel my order. I spoke with male who also stated it was their busiest day of the week. Sounds like you should manage that better then OR at least notify customers when their order is gonna take over an hour!! I wasn’t gonna wait another hour for it to cook and be delivered. My son and I are waiting on dinner to start our movie night. Super disappointed and will have to find some where else...
