Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Their customer service is very bad. The delivery guy ( Faruk) and surely other people from this store are very rude and disrespectful. I ordered pizza from there online and it was contactless delivery. Before delivery they call and bothered me about tips. The guy who called me stated,” my brother going to deliver your pizza you didn’t give us any tip so I called . You have to give us tip and how you are gonna pay it.” Also when they were at the door they behaved so rudely because I didn’t give them any tip. He even called me cheap and acted like it’s mandatory to give tip. I myself worked for delivery and I know we like it when people gives tip but that doesn’t mean if someone doesn’t give any tip you are gonna misbehave and disrespectful toward them. I paid $13 for a $8 pizza just to deliver at my house despite of the financial problems that I am going through.

And during this default time experiencing such a heartless behavior from a human is not acceptable at all.

I will never order from this store again

We have ordered from this location many times without incident. However, in the last month something has happened and the service/delivery have been TERRIBLE! I’ve cancelled 2 times because the delivery was not made an hour after the order time. I call to make inquiry and the telephone rings for 4 minutes without it being answered, after three times calling, someone you finally answered. She said that we would have a credit on our account, so today we called to use the credit and the phone rang 10 minutes combined between 2 phones...no answer. I ordered online, for pick up (to use the credit), my husband showed up for pick up aaannnndddddd...NO CREDIT on the account! Not only that, the people who were staffing the location were in the back chatting....since they weren’t answering the phone. Come on folk...DO BETTER or close because it’s...

The food is great. The reason I don’t give 5 stars is even though I have “earned” a free pizza, when I try to order it, I am told I have to order a minimum of $12 of additional product in order to get my “free” pizza. The people who work in this Domino’s are polite and the food always tastes great, I just don’t know why my “free” pizza costs $12. I don’t mind paying the delivery fee and throwing in a tip, I am not sure how to break the code on this situation. I’ve called Domino’s corporate office and no one ever gets back to me. Anyway, the chow is great and they support St. Jude’s so at the end of the day, I just live with it. Since I order enough to “earn” a free pizza, I am just not sure why Domino’s even has the promotion if I have to order a minimum of $12 to get my pizza. Other than that, it’s the best...
