Dunkin' — Restaurant in Virginia

Really disappointing experience, went through the drive-through and there is no list on the menu for their donuts, so I asked the lady over the intercom with the selections. Were she ran through two or three and said that’s it, I told her I was looking for a specific doughnut for my son And mentioned cookie thinking that it might spark something, and she kept telling me that it’s probably better for me to come inside. I explained to her that I did not have time and that I just wanted to have a quick list of the donuts, which she refused. There was no line behind me in the drive-through and only one person in the store at the time. Since I already promised my son that I would get him a doughnut, I ended up going inside, of course, the donut that we were looking for which was the cookie butter, they had clear as day, which tells me the lady over the intercom did not know their own product. Then I ordered with another lady. She seemed super rushed, and I told her I’d like a nitro coffee with almond milk, she repeated it back to me, and what came out was a regular coffee, not what I ordered. I asked the guy that gave me the coffee that it’s supposed to be a nitro and he said no you ordered a coffee and then turned it around and kept doing his business. Truly an amazing experience. Perhaps one of the most enjoyable days of my life was when I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts. The quality was so good and the place was so clean! I didn’t like how the donuts were not in their stands, but they made up for it with excellent customer service. The associate “Tahir” was a great help, very accommodating guy and someone who asserts dominance as the alpha/sigma male and commands respect. You can tell they need him to stay afloat in terms of customer service. Overall tho it was great to get a new dunkin location next to my house! The management seems very nice and I can’t wait to become a local to this dunkin! I love god, I love America , I love my wife and kids, and now I love Mcgraw Ridge Dr. Dunkin! Dunkin has become a sensationally electrifying part of my day, it used to truly grind my gears to have to go over 3 entire freaking miles for dunkin but the gears have been ungrinded. Shipping a warm hot cup of Coffee, with a donut in my hand, relieves all my pressure, and reminds me to be grateful for this existence and country. I’m extremely disappointed with this Dunkin’ Donuts location. Despite it being the closest to our house, every single visit has been a letdown. The donuts are always hard and stale, and they’re frequently out of something we came for. It’s clear the business owners are more focused on profits than on providing good service to their customers.

They don’t honor advertised promotions, and when you bring it up, they just brush it off with promises to “take care of it next time”—which, of course, never happens. It’s frustrating because we’ve given this location multiple chances, but it seems they’re not interested in improving.

I hope they take these complaints seriously and make an effort to serve their customers properly. For now, I can’t recommend this location to anyone because the next complaint is going to BBB.

Today I picked up a 10 count munchkins for my daughter and they were hard. This is at 9:00 am. For something that we paid $6.36, I was hoping they would be fresh and we would enjoy them but the first bite said a lot! Imagine getting these donuts after 12 pm!
