The Dunkin’ Donuts location serves as a convenient rest stop along the road, conveniently situated within a gas station. The Turkey Sausage, Egg & Cheese sandwich on a croissant and the hash browns were thoroughly heated, ensuring they were piping hot, fresh, and devoid of any freezer burn or other signs of improper storage. The food quality is satisfactory.

Regarding customer service, I observed that the staff responded promptly to customer requests, even minor ones. For instance, they accommodated my request for a cup to assist me in providing me a disposable cup so I could stir my medication with water. Additionally, the store was maintained in a clean and...

This is most certainly the worst service I have ever received at a DD. Being that my wife and I are huge fans and buy all of the merch and collectibles for sale we are usually in support. Although this location can not seem to complete even the smallest of simple orders no matter how clearly I speak. If you go here PLEASE pull over and check your bag because there is a %75 it is not right. Also if you call to politely speak to the managers they will just tell you no and hang up on you. I HATE to be the guy that complains at fast food in fact I usually leave tips and am very thankful for what they do but this location has lost my business . In fact I think DD will be loosing my business as a whole due to how neglected the customer...

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I had to say something. I asked for an egg and cheese bagel, and also the $6 meal with the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel plus a sugar-free vanilla iced coffee. What I got was a complete mess. They handed me ONE egg and cheese bagel (no bacon), an iced coffee that only had cream no sugar-free vanilla like I asked and FIVE completely burnt hashbrowns. To top it all off, the bagel was so stale and rock hard I actually felt it hurt my teeth to bite into it. This was a waste of time and money. Between the long wait, the incorrect order, and the awful food quality, I won’t be coming back to this location...
