Went out to dinner with my family and promised ice cream for my daughter on the way home. I have not had any issues with this location ever until tonight. The young lady who initially took our order was short, curt and annoyed taking our order as they didn't have flavors we requested which we understood. We asked for strawberry, rocky road and chocolate. We merely asked what they had that was readily available . Another person took over the order from the irritated co-worker to finish. Asked for chocolate, to make the order simple. The problem escalated at payment. We paid and the girl (which I assumed was the person who initially took our order) took my card didn't acknowledge us and proceeded with her conversation with the other employees at the establishment and was stating she was going to choke slam one of the other employees for saying something over the mic. Whether this was playful in nature, it was not professional whatsoever in a business establishment as her voice carried to where my 4 year old daughter asked if we should call the police because the lady was going to hurt someone. The issue was severe lack customer service as well of any sort of mindful decorum, which was irritating. Mindful in the sense that there is a time and a place to behave in that manner but not at a place of business where other customers can hear what is being said. Ridiculous. Also, no one wore name tags as I purposely went to make note for when I bring this issue up to the manager in the morning. We were there...
Read moreUgh, it always pains me to leave bad reviews, especially on food chains because I am familiar with the stress of these establishments. BUT….May this review serve as constructive criticism to inspire growth.
I continue to give this Dunkin grace and patients. However, after today’s visit I won’t be returning for sometime. I rarely buy food from Dunkin but am faithful to the coffee. Any who, today was one of those rarities that I decided to indulge in a pastry, despite my gut, (no puns intended) telling me not to. Sigh, all jokes aside I should have listened. I received a stale coffee roll, for starters, it had hair and lint on it, instant puke in the mouth, something about hair in food gives me the ultimate ick. SECONDLY, as I pulled it apart to remove the part that had hair on it…..I find MOLD inside the roll. I’m in full blown internal tears at this point. Like can a girl just enjoy a sugary carb filled desert without feeling instant guilt for cheating on healthy eating and giving into her cravings. So not cool.
Also, the customer service could be a little better, instead of saying “is that all” in a tone where you just want someone to stop ordering…maybe try, “ is there anything else I can get for you?” Would be such a better vibe.
K, love you all and I hope this review serves...
Read moreIt's frustrating because they know how to interact with people, which means they're actively going out of their way not to.
Went inside a few days ago and all 6 total employees (including a black shirt) actively AVOIDED acknowledging me or the other customer waiting to place orders - not a "we'll be right with you" or "please use the kiosk" that is on the other side of the restaurant, only backs turned and side-eye glances to see if we had gone away yet. From entrance to exit, not a single word was said to us in the lobby. The one light was that the black shirt corrected a girl who was incorrectly pouring a nitro cold brew (not the first time this has been messed up here). Two issues - nitro does not get poured on ice, and it should look like a draft beer. Especially product the company wants highlighted by a giant draft on the counter, employees should know these things.
On the flip side, I have used the drive thru several times and service has been great. Through the little microphone in the big menu, always courteous and very responsive. Except for continued failure at correctly pouring a nitro cold brew, satisfied with this side of the business. Just wish I could bring my kids inside to sit down with a coffee and donut and expect a...
