tl;dr: Busy location with delicious desserts off the side of the road that was worth a stop on the way back from Shenandoah.

Lemon Italian Ice - 5/5: The lemon Italian ice was delicious and so smooth for Italian ice! I was expecting it to be hard to eat, but it was so incredibly smooth without becoming liquid.

Vanilla Soft Serve - 3/5: Standard fare soft serve. Makes me think of McDonald's soft serve - or Dairy Queen. It's pretty big for the small size we ordered.

Accessibility/Parking - 4/5: Located just off the highway going towards NOVA, there was a lot of parking, but also a lot of people in line, which was why we wanted to see what was going on. The line moves very fast though and the desserts came out pretty quickly after that (may have been what we ordered though). Lots of seating as well. Great hot summer...

This ice cream shop is hands-down one of our favorite spots! The prices are super reasonable, especially considering the generous portions and the wide variety of flavors. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic scoop, a sundae, or something more creative, their menu has something for everyone and it’s all delicious.

Our go-to is the funnel cake sundae, and it never disappoints. It’s the perfect combo of warm and cold, crispy and creamy just unbeatable!

9/23/18 I have been going to Effee's for a few years now and love the place. Today was no different . The staff had a smile on there faces like always . But it was slow today do to rain and being Sunday afternoon and a little cooler then it has been but still the same treatment every polite and friendly and they made sure i was happy with what i order i even gave them a bigger tip then i do .I will continue to go there all the time as far as the cure that worked to day they was the best i was there today at 4:pm thank you for all you guys do to make it a nice place to...
