Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

• DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE * This store is clearly mismanaged by the branch manager, Jason. Everything was going great, we order at least twice a month and tip the drivers with cash, besides the built in tip on our credit card. Today Jason flew off the handle and told us to take our business else where. The driver was an hour late, calling us over 13 times, asking where he was, we referred him to google maps for our location. When we called the store because we were concerned that our pizza would be cold, Jason went into a rage, screaming, yelling, swearing and an all-out temper tantrum. Jason said that I was constantly complaining and called the store all the time. Up until this order I had never spoken with Jason. I tried to calm Jason down and come to a reasonable conclusion on this order but Jason stole our money the order was...

First, I have ordered from Papa John's for many years. The large pizza that was delivered tonight was of such poor quality that I had to call store manager. The sauce and topping are 2+ inches from edge. I called store manager, and she immediately blamed a new machine they were using that apparently applied sauce and toppings. She then became rude, and stated quality was not her or staffs fault. When I tried to reply to these comments, She said I rude, and needed to listen to her. At that, I ended conversation telling I will escalating and posting negative reviews. I was just letting store manager of issue, and this is what I get. We had quit Papa Johns because they were sponsoring the NFL. I support no one or product when players show disrespect by taking a knee during the anthem. We are a military family and the flag, our anthem, soldiers and law enforcement officers should all be respected. Since Papa John has pulled sponsoring the NFL, we will go back purchasing Papa Johns pizza, BUT if they support in any way people disrespecting our flag, anthem, soldiers or law enforcement officers, we will be back buying for good,...
