Update 10/7/2023 I've been coming here for 10+ years and I would say I've been here approximately 100 times. I don't what the deal is, but the last few times have been lousy. They've sold their best 4 parking spots to an ice cream trailer that's disgusting. Tonight, I had the worst baked spaghetti I think I've ever had. The meatballs had the flavor, appearance, and texture from the economy frozen food case. The "sauce" was clearly just your average not very good, very acidic, tomato sauce.a glass of water tasted strongly of soap or chemical and had a foul odor. On a Saturday night when it used to be busy, there were only 6 tables occupied in both sides of the restaurant. Our waitress flat told us she was too busy, apologized for being slow, and told us we'd need to pay at the counter because she was too busy to take the check. I don't know if this is a change of ownership or philosophy, but I'm sad to say that after all this time, we might be done. We asked for nothing and said nothing to anyone so don't respond to me like you have talked to others in this list of reviews. Been coming here for so many years. Always so consistently delicious. Perfect ribeye and awesome deserts

Food was good. Love the fact that there was a train track above our heads that had a working train. Note: Video is not supposed to have sound.

Came here for dinner on a Sunday evening. Staff was friendly and checked on us pretty often as the restaurant was not that busy. We were a group of 6 adults and 3 kids. We ordered a variety of pastas as well as a pepperoni pizza. The pizzas crust was a little too doughy and the rest of the pizza was average. The jambalaya pasta might have been the best that they had. It was a creamy sauce with sausage and shrimp. The shrimp was well cooked however I was hoping the sausage would be more like Italian sausage rather than ground cooked sausage. The peppers were slightly over cooked as well. The other pastas were also good but nothing over the top. All prices are reasonable for its quality. For the location this restaurant seems to be the best option and for the range of options I would return and try other menu items. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice and clean. Support local businesses and give this place a try.

If i could put zero stars i would. I sent out for lunch by a coworker for chicken ceasar salad. When got it looked good but let me tell you looks are deceiving...the chicken was hard as a rock super overcooked, the croutons were juicer than the chicken that should tell you how hard it was. So i called and spoke with the lady and she was nice she put me on hold and went to talk to the manager. She said they would remake it or give me a refund but i have to bring it back to the store. I explained to her that i was on post (security officer) and that i had sent out with another coworker and i couldn't leave my post. They deliver here for large orders all the time and they are literally 6 miles up the road. She took my number down and said they were short staff no one could leave and i said well just refund my money and later today when they slow down to come pick up the salad or if the manager could just bring me another salad. So i asked to speak to the manager directly was put on hold for about 5 minutes and they hanged up the phone called right back and they wouldn't answer the phone. So i just basically paid $10 and some change for lettuce cheese croutons and banana peppers (up charge $2 for the hard chicken). This was my first and last time trying this place you got my money but karma will get back to you eventually. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Terrible customer service and nasty food. I mean if your product sucks you would think they would attempt to accommodate you nope you won't get this from this restaurant. They will surely take your money tho. I be sure to spread the word here at work about my bad experience and to be aware and stir clear...

So I visited this place after lots of hype about the food. Anyone who gives this place a high rating must be a family member, friend, lacking tastebuds or straight up lying. I had the burger with fries. When I was about half way done I noticed a hair, yes a hair in my food. I asked to speak to the manager and this woman comes out and literally told me with a straight face, “If it was your family who cooked it or you, then you’d eat it!” I was so shocked someone would think this is a logical reason to excuse HAIR in their food. Then to make matters worse, this nut demanded we pay for the food with hair and threatened to call the cops because I said that was nasty and no one should have to pay for gross 🤢 food. No apologizes were given, just nasty attitudes. I called the health department the following day and reported it, but I’m still surprised this place has an operating license to still serve the general public nasty food.

If you like living on the edge of life and don’t mind eating third world country food that would kill you, this is the place for you! If you also like playing Hunger Games with your food, this place is for you. AND if you don’t mind a hospital visit after a meal, like eating with your eyes closed, or have had all your tastebuds killed after too many COVID exposures, this place is right up your alley.

Like the honest reviewers who told the truth, this place has nasty service because they don’t apologize or take ownership of their horrible mistakes. The owner should be ashamed to tout that they won any awards as that was...

Very disappointed in Giuseppe's. My family has dined here frequently since we moved to the area a couple years ago. The food has always been hit or miss, but my 5 yo has always enjoyed dining there. Tonight my family dined there for the last time. A large group of older men were seated near us. They were loud, obnoxious and worst of all were using volatile language. I asked to speak to the manager and to be moved. My daughter was just about in tears. He just kind of shrugged and stared at me. I asked for him to at least give us some boxes so we can get out of there. He walked over to the entrance to the dining room and just kind of watched the obnoxious group. Finally another waitress let us sit in another area. Three quarters of the restaurant was empty. We moved ourselves and all of our food and drinks with no help offered from the staff. When our waitress gave us the check she apologized for the wait, (the food did take forever to come out, but we never complained). We told her what the issue really was, paid for our meal, and left. The manager and the staff never even said a word about the incident. I guess the money the group was spending on all the alcohol was worth more to Giuseppe's than our repeat business. If you are looking for a bar with mediocre food and poor service Giuseppe's is the place for you. If you are looking for a family restaurant...
