These customer service personnel have the training of bullies! The one that took my order last night in the drive thru, was downright belligerent and hateful. He claimed I didn't order a combo, then when proven I had with my receipt, no apologies, nothing. The milkshake was nothing more than chocolate milk, he refused to acknowledge there was anything amiss about the consistency. I simply cannot believe any reputable organization would stoop to lowering their standards by hiring such disrespectful persons. There were several issues with the experience, and frankly, you couldn't pay me to go back. If this is the best service they can offer, may they fail as quickly as all the other businesses in that location have. Sorry, Hardees, but I don't choose to be harrassed, disrespected, and called a liar by such ill mannered children. Do better! Please don't assume that your employees have been taught proper, or even basic, manners during their upbringing. Read moreMe and a buddy got 2 meals but on a seperate order. I got a chicken sandwich and he got the double western. First they added both to 1 ticket, took a few minutes to straighten that out. Then when we pulled away they had given my buddy a regular cheeseburger instead of what he ordered. We went back through to get that straightened out and found out they had rang him up for the wrong thing, so that's what they gave him. After a good 5 minutes of explaining that they misheard him or something, instead of just replacing the messed up burger they made him pay the difference between the cost of the orders, and took another few minutes to make it. When they brought it out to the curb he opened it to find it was cold and obviously not fresh. And they didn't give him his fries. Instead of battling that out again we just left. I'm not normally one to complain, especially knowing how hard of a job that is dealing with rude people and the fast pace of everything but, having been a retail store manager for years, I feel like the management didn't handle that situation correctly and probably lost that potential...
Read moreFirst, the app does not ever work right. Will not apply the offers. Tried to order on the app first and gave up. Went to counter and the person working was running drive through and counter. Spoke to me but i didn’t realize because she never looked at me. She was looking in the opposite direction. She was not rude but was not friendly. They were out of chicken tenders and cinnamon rolls. She didn’t ring my order up right so she couldn’t apply the $4 off $20. Told me my order didn’t qualify but then she had forgotten an item. She added that but then said she couldn’t cancel it so still couldn’t use the order. Then the receipt she gave me did not have a bar code so i couldn’t scan or enter it to redeem any points.
