My order was correct and came out in a decent amount of time, food was good but a little burnt but that's better than being raw. There was a problem of a certain hygienic nature that needed to be addressed at the drink area (I won't cover details but it was pretty off putting to the point my family won't eat there) and I approached a employee with this problem to which his response was highly depressing "It's not my area so I can't really do anything but I'll tell someone". That reflects poor training. As a employee you own the ethics of a company when you put on that uniform. That means you represent the company and to a extent that problem is your problem. I'm really easy going and give places a break because i worked The food industry but this was low bar. I've seen places closed and people fired for that type of thinking.
The proper response would be "that's unacceptable and I'll make sure it's addressed" or "I'll have a talk with the person who runs that area to make sure this doesn't happen again". No one wants to hear a excuse that it's not your fault. You have a chance to fix it and you play the blame game. It's lazy and disturbing to customers and shows you're incompetent. It shows lack of control. Not to even note the drink area is disgusting as it is but you find highly unhygenic organic materials in food stuffs that merits a bit of interest and expediency. Every time I'm asked to pull to front of building something is wrong with order. Get it right, not fast. Guy at window today very pleasant until he gets a complaint; then he gets argumentative. Not good to sass a 10-year customer. I know what I'm supposed to get with my order and the hash browns order third time through window was skimpy. Went through window three times and results still unsatisfactory. New people suck. Can you clone Dawn?

New week same errors. Asked to pull to front because bacon still cooking. I told window guy that's going to guarantee an error. It's breakfast how can you run out of bacon? No fork. No napkin. OK, maybe it's been a long time but hardee's has served a peach milkshake. We got 1 vanilla and 1 chocolate. They were SO BAD that I turned around to go back and let him know. I walk in to tell him that they are un-drinkable and he laughs again and says with an attitude "oh- yeah what's wrong with them?" Making me feel like he did it on purpose! They were both more liquid than anything, the chocolate one tasted rancid and the vanilla one was bad in an indescribable way.... never tasted anything as bad as these two milkshakes! I told him that I didn't even want a refund, I just wanted him to know they were disgusting and that he needed to do better!!! I'll NEVER come back to this location!
