The worst customer service ever. Found a piece of hair in my white rice and on top of that they sent me the wrong thing. I ordered chicken fried rice and they sent me fried chicken wings and fried rice. I called to let them know and the person who answered the phone 1. Didn't apologize 2. Said that I needed to bring the food back to them instead of them sending the driver back(I obviously can't come to you if I ordered for it to be delivered) and 3. Blamed it on me and said I was the one who told her the order wrong. Why would I order my two year old fried chicken wings. I haven’t eaten meat from any Chinese restaurants in over 20 years. However, I decided to lower my guards and order the small chicken and broccoli, this was on Thursday March 20, 2025 . I barely ate any of it because the texture of the chicken was off. But to make a long story short. On Friday morning I woke up sick as a dog with upset stomach vomiting viciously throughout the day.. Today is Saturday and now I have the bubble guts and can’t even eat. I used to eat here all the time but not anymore! I now go to Li’s Garden on Laburnum or either travel to South Plaza for chinese. These people are the true definition of RUDE. Good food but rude. The way they treat people and talk to people. Tonight, the male was very mean because his impatient behind got my order wrong when I told him exactly what I wanted. Maybe he was under pressure?
