Incredibly horrible customer service! Pulled up and was not greeted by the teenage girl at the window. After a minute or so, she pushed two bags out the window without a word. While looking through the bags to ensure our food was all there, she says, “ma’am!” while holding straws to give me. We didn’t have drinks yet. I told her to wait while I checked our food - she then gave me the nastiest glare, one that left everyone in our car jaw-dropped. I took the straws and explained I was checking our food. While ignoring her poor attitude, I asked for sauce. Without speaking, yet again, she walked away from the window. I yelled to her that I still needed sauce. She came back to window and told me not to yell for her. As far as I knew, she was wandering back to the kitchen to continue on in la-la land…she didn’t excuse herself or ask me to wait…she simply walked away. ZERO customer service skills!
This young lady was unbelievably rude and has an obvious chip on her shoulder. Had she been wearing a name tag, I would’ve made note of it. Long, box braids with colorful nails. Beautiful girl made ugly by her horrific attitude problem!

Read moreI fully expected them to be busy today, so I ordered in the app before making my way to McDonald’s. When I got there, I was unable to check in with the app, but I got an error message that said to give a code to an employee and they’ll prepare the order. I spoke to an employee who told me the order was being made (without even seeing the code or order number). After about 10 minutes, I went and gave an employee the code and he said it was an error code and he needed an order number. I then spent about 2-3 minutes looking through their buggy app only to find that the order number was the same as the error code. I went back to the register and the same employee told me that they couldn’t find the order and I would just have to cancel the order in the app and place it again. I went ahead and placed the order again. Everything was fine (for McDonald’s), but when I went to cancel the order in the app, the order said it had already been picked up and there was no option to cancel it. Now I’m out the cost of 2 orders, I’ve only received 1, and after 20+ minutes going back and forth with employees, I doubt they’ll actually be able to help. It would be nice if they had at least 1 employee who knew anything...
Read moreAbsolutely disappointed with the service today (29 May 23; 11:30am). Ordered via the mobile app so that we could drive through to pick up our food (after stopping at CVS for medicine for my sick human).
App worked well (for once) and recognized when we drove up so it was easy to select curbside 3 for delivery of our order. That was at 11:38am.
At 11:53am we try to call the McDonald's in order to see what the issue is and they don't answer. Driver was prepping to get out when an employee finally comes out (just before noon).
Overloaded bag precariously balanced on their tray, to the point they can't grab the bag to hand it to our driver without dumping the tray.
We finally get our food and the employee apologized for our wait while walking off. We made the mistake of not checking the order before leaving. We had two meals, an 'free' Birthday cinnamon bun, and 40 chicken nuggets. When we got home...we were missing the two medium fried that were part of the two meals.
Seriously?! You took over 15 minutes to prepare the meal and forgot the fries. Thanks for effective charging us for the 'free' birthday gift....
