McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

I go out of my way to visit this McDonald's frequently. The food is always fresh tasting.

The staff here are the most courteous, friendly and fast! I enjoy snacking on their 2 for 3.50 deal that could be a limited time offer.

You get a choice of either 2 mcdoubles which are burgers with two beef patties or either a regular or spicy McChicken. My fave has to be the hot and spicy's without mayo but with Big Mac sauce added. It's so tasty!

Always consider grabbing a water bottle over a soft drink to stay hydrated. The food can be high in sodium.

The restaurant has plenty of seating to accommodate families as well bar style seating for the loners. I've only seen this facility in clean and orderly condition.

Thanks to the app you can order ahead or come inside and use the kiosk where you can sign-in and earn points towards redemption of products sold by McDonald's.

One nice thing is that if you sign-in you could possibly be called by your first name rather than by number which is a great way to build relationships with regular...

I always stop by here in the mornings to get breakfast on my way into work. I don't know what it is, but every time I go through the drive-thru, or walk inside to make an order, I never seem to be given any eye contact. The only person that does, is Kevin, who takes my order at the drive-thru and receives my payment. I'm starting to wonder if I look intimidating, that they don't want to give me acknowledgment as I'm receiving my food, and some of them don't even smile... but it's starting to get annoying. I would assume that part of good customer service, is also engaging the customer with eye contact, but I suppose I shouldn't expect too much from McDonald's. At least the coffee is nice and hot, and the food is fresh and warm, and at least you guys are a little better with your service than the one across Edison HS, which is only a couple...

Out of the 3 local McDonalds this one is the best! Everyone is very friendly and our order is always accurate even with modifications. There's been a lot of new employees over the last couple months and they're just as nice and double check the order!

Breakfast is alright. The breakfast burritos are hit or miss but the sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddle is always good.

Afternoon/Dinner is when we typically grab big macs or nuggets and happy meals! The Big Mac I had today looked just like the photo and even had seasoning, in all these years I never knew the patties were supposed to come with salt and pepper on them. (I really should have taken a photo.) The line goes fast so don't let that deter you. 😊
