4/3/2022 Update - The GM called me to apologize and order a free dinner. Short staffing and new trainees was given as a reason. I appreciate the effort and have changed my review to 3 stars because of it. However, those excuses do not really explain the problems of incompetent workers and broken processes over the last 5 years. The person giving me my space # must have a way to share that with the person bringing out the food. That missing piece causes all kinds of confusion. Chikfila sees 10x the people through their drive through and always seem to get the orders correct, and out to the right cars. Hopefully my feedback can help improve their customer experience.
4/2/2022 - Update. Still the worst. Told me to park, forgot my order, then screwed up the replacement order. TWICE! WORST MCDONALDS EVER.
Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because you are required to. This McDonald's has consistently been the worst I have ever seen. Constantly getting things wrong and leaving things out of my order. I don't do McDonald's all that often, but every single time I do, they mess up the order. I've never experienced such poor customer service. I use the mobile app to avoid them hearing me wrong and they still screw up the order.

Read moreMcDonalds is a restaurant that you don't expect much from. You get a mediocre burger, greasy fries and a milk shake which isn't actual ice cream anymore. Your best hope is to get in and out within a reasonable time (McDonalds being a fast food restaurant) and be on your way. Today's McDonalds visit failed me. I had placed an order through their app in hopes to expedite the process. My receipt was printed at the drive thru at 12:51 and they asked for me to park and wait for my order. I pulled away with my order at 13:03. A 12 minute wait hardly warrants a "fast food" time. With my order I received a card for a free sandwich (expires at the end of the month) my next visit, which is a fair way to smooth over the situation. I made modifications to my order so I'm guessing that's the cause of the hold up. The fries were warm, not hot. My order was prepared correctly but it was made with little care and they forgot the ketchup which I requested at the drive thru. I'm in no rush to return to this McDonalds, even with the incentive to get a free sandwich by the end...
Read moreI’ve been to this McDonald’s twice and both times they have surprised me with their inadequacy, which is really saying something since my expectations for fast food are pretty low to start. The first time I went here I was asked to pull into one of the drive though waiting spots along with two other drive-through customers. That’s pretty common and doesn’t detract from the service, but what does is waiting 28 minutes for the small meal I ordered to come out. The second and last time I went here, they found a new and thoroughly disheartening way to remove my faith in humanity. I arrived at 3:20 AM and attempted to order from the lunch menu, which is normally available from 11 AM to 4 AM. I verified the time at which lunch is no longer available with the attendant along with the current time, but he didn’t seem to quite understand how the passage of time works and reiterated that they will stop serving lunch in 40 minutes at 4 AM, but they also aren’t ready to serve it...
