My experience felt negative when it felt like i was being shorted my change and the employee in drive thru was hoping i wouldn't notice.
It felt off when he handed me my change back and he didnt say anything either, so when i grabbed my food and looked and noticed he only gave me a nickle with no dime. I assume he probably was out of dimes and the pressure of a drive thru clock and everything else as to why he did it. I don't know just tired of being shorted by business like macdonalds
As for ten cents i wasn't gonna go back. I decided a review should be left. My experience went from positive to negative. I don't blame the worker but the company for making my experience bad. Read moreMy mother and I went there hoping to get a late lunch, we were expecting a fast but quality meal, or at least that we had the correct order at the end. We got none of that. We pulled up to the drive through and my mother started to place our order, only to be interrupted and asked to repeat (even though we had only asked for a sandwich by that point) we did so, only to be asked again to repeat, this happened 2 more times, and we weren’t even done with half our order! After the third time, we heard the employee at the speaker say “Oh God” as if we were inconveniencing them! We finally get up to the payment window, only for the worker to ask for the wrong amount. After we got that sorted out, we drove to the last window, only to find that they had gotten our food wrong! We were missing fries, our coffee was a small and not a large which is what we ordered, and the second burger that we’d fotten wasn’t wrapped, and instead was open in the package!
Overall: The worst service I’ve ever had and I doubt I’ll ever go back to that particular...
Read moreI was disgusted and furious, I'm not racist nor a confrontational person but my fiance and I spent $20 only to realize they got it wrong 4x, then when we addressed it to them w the final comment of calling corporate due to them getting an attitude and refusing to give their names but were very unprofessional an argument I've and told us to call them which we did and never heard back from the manager or reimburse us in any way and honestly I'm offended to the fact of how they handled the situation bc by doing so they disrespect their uniform and the company by acting the way they did. I'm truly sorry for their franchise but they suck, I would have them fire the 2 individuals responsible an then see if their productivity boosts back up.
