I placed my order and paid at 12:15pm. I simply asked for fresh fries with no salt and cookies out of the oven. It took me 5 minutes to get to the window to get my food and once I received it my fries were old and cookies was microwaved. I then handed the items back and asked them to please make my order fresh as I asked. I was then told my cookies just came out the oven which was a lie they were getting hard rapidly which fresh cookies don’t do after they come out the over as well my fries were cold. I was then pulled to wait for my food which wasn’t no problem. After waiting 15 minutes I walk me and my child inside of the restaurant to get my refund at 12:45pm. The manager then gave me 2 dollars worth of quarters trying to be funny then walked of with out any type of empathy. I had to ask an employee to give me dollar bills. I normally don’t write reviews BUT EVERY time I come to this location it’s the same exact situation. It’s been time I’ve been pulled for no reason just to get re dipped food. I myself am a former employee of McDonald’s so I know EXACTLY how fresh from re dipped food taste and feel. I WILL NOT recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. Only time you can get fresh food is when the race is here. This location just lost a customer and im sure it’s lost tons thus far. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be contacting corporate in the morning this is unacceptable, SOMETHING need to be done ESPECIALLY about the manager who was on duty who showed no care in the world...
Read moreI just left their drive-thru after having a crazy and perplexing experience. I waited 5-7 mins at the speaker with no acknowledgment of any kind so I pulled forward. There two of the employees are being affectionate to each other with the girls back to the window and both not even knowing I was there. I didn't want to take a picture or video out of respect for their privacy so I just beeped. They were caught off guard of my presence and was seemingly like they forgot they were even working. When I told them i was waiting at the speaker the female said she didnt realize her headset died then scurried off after saying I had to circle back around the drive thru and place my order. I drove to the next window where I explained to the manager to Noone took my order and she also said I had to circle back around or come inside. Protocol is what it is I respect that but they apparently don't reciprocate respect back in terms of their customer's time. Food is usually decent at this location despite this...
Read moreIt's McDonald's, but first, let me first say we placed a mobile breakfast order really late. When we got there, the order wasn't there because breakfast was over. Okay, so they said they would replace the breakfast items with lunch menu items ( I am guessing because they didn't want to do a refund). Well, we told them what we would replace the breakfast items with, and we added a separate order. We were asked to go to park in curbside. My second order came out first. I asked the crew member about the makeup order, and she said she had to go see about it. I waited a little better than 5 minutes, and I went inside. The employees looked at me, but it took a couple of minutes for someone to acknowledge me. She talked to someone else about the order, and she "found" the order sitting by the fryer. Needless to say, when I got home, the orders were wrong. I didn't bother to take it back. Lesson learned. I wish I had taken pictures. By the way, why is the amount of lettuce given bigger than the burger...
