I ordered lunch online for myself and a coworker today and we got two sandwiches. Based on the options online, I asked for avocado to be added to my sandwich for a small charge and hers with NO mushrooms or tomatoes. After we walked to the business, walked back to our work, my sandwich had no avocado and her sandwich had all the ingredients that were specified to no be put on it. I had to go to a meeting and she walked back to get a new sandwich and they refused to make her a new one even with the receipt. Terrible service. I would recommend going to a different branch.
We check the receipt that was printed out at the store versus the one online and it is set up weird. Online we selected no mushrooms etc but on the store receipt it comes up as no Extra mushrooms, no extra tomato’s. Anyway, the employees should be able to read a simple order but apparently couldn’t and wouldn’t fix...
Read moreThis location has the worst service. I just walked in and there were two people behind the counter. The one looked at me, didn’t even say hello and walked away. The other was too busy chatting it up with the cook to take my order. Mind you, I was the only person in the place. I finally asked if he could take my order and that seemed like the biggest inconvenience to him. Then I went to pay with my credit card and the machine kept asking for a pin. I only grabbed my card and not my wallet so it was the only way I had to pay. I told the cashier I just wanted to run it as credit and he had ZERO clue what I was talking about or what to do so I just had to leave. Whoever owns this place should be embarrassed by the kind of staff...
Read moreI placed an order and received a call from the restaurant when the delivery driver was there to pick up, to let me know that they did not have items that I ordered. The employee lied to me, stating that he had tried calling me earlier, I had my phone in my hand the whole time and there were no missed calls. He then proceeded to tell me that he could not cancel my order and argued with me. Then I see in the app that my order was cancelled, yet here we are 15 days later and my money has not been returned.
