For such rave reviews and always wanting to stop by when passing this establishment, I was disappointed ☹️ for a 1st time visit with my grandson. I went there to get my grandson his favorite (plain toasted bagel with butter). I also ordered 2 BLT's w/avocado based off online reviews. Upon arrival, there was 1 young lady taking orders (pleasant and welcoming). Several people came in after I placed my order. Alyana continued to take orders & prepare drinks for the patrons. After several minutes, a young man came out of the back & she asked him to prepare my BLT's & the bagel. It took him over 15 minutes to complete my "to go" order. After arriving home, only ONE of the BLT's had avocado on it (which I assume costs extra). There was very little ingredients on the sandwiches. The BLT's were mostly bread. My grandsons bagel barely had any butter on it & it wasn't toasted (as requested). A 3rd employee arrived while I was still waiting and all of the other patrons had gotten their orders and left. I'm now regretting my added tip for a $31 + breakfast. I'm old school so if I give a tip at checkout for a take-out order, it's b/c I was greeted properly (Thank you Alyana for a nice smile). Tips for services should be based on how well the service was provided. In this case, the timelines of service and food quality was lacking. Loved the atmosphere. Zero stars. I never take the time to write a review but it’s so bad I had to sit in this parking lot and write this…. This place is absolute garbage. I have visited this establishment 3 times within the last month. The first time the sandwich was burned, I let it go but the chai tasted like warm milk…. I took my L and kept moving. I came a second time to see if they could be redeemed because my friend said it was an okay place and to not write it off yet.. Zach made an amazing chai and sandwich so I was thought maybe they had an off day the first time.. NO… the owner/ manager I think (curly haired blonde lady, same person who made the first chai) made the chai for me again and i told her exactly what Zach told me to say … dispite me asking for more sweetener/chai… it tasted like milk AGAIN… after I took a sip I asked if she could add more sweetener and she no, that it was a premix and she couldn’t change the flavor.. that she didn’t know what Zach did but it was impossible.. (a lie) because he did it.. I literally paid 6 bucks for milk… I could have gone to the store and got a gallon of milk for 6 bucks warmed it up and had the same experience.. ZACH YOU ARE AMAZING! If I ever come back it will only be when you are working. Otherwise Starbucks will 100% have my business. Tried to support this small franchise but never again.
