Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

Usually I enjoy this pizza hut and there service is usually great BUT last night (1/15/25) around 6pm the service was TERRIBLE! I always order carryout and I had one pizza so my interactions are usually quick and smooth but I walk in there's one person sitting waiting for their order, noone wver came to the front counter. It was 3 workers making Pizzas and literally ignoring myself and two others behind me in line they didn't even acknowledge us or say anything only kept making the pizzas and looking at the order screens. They could have said " hello be right there" or something! I was waiting at the counter for 12 mins. Then pete finally came to the counter and waved and I just gave him my name and he eventually gave me my damn order!...

My fiancé just called about 15 minutes ago to order for delivery and a girl name Amanda answered the phone. After my fiancé told her he wanted to place an order for delivery she responded with a very, long and rude sigh like she was bothered and irritated that she had to take our order. So I told him to just hang up the phone and we ordered elsewhere. If you do not like your job then quit and find something else to do because obviously customer service is...

I order cheese pizza for the kids and it is by far the worst pizza!!!! Very very, disappointed!!! The kids were vomiting all night!!!! The whole pizza is wet and soggy like it was never cooked. It is absolutely disgusting. I will never order from Pizza hut again and when you see Pizza Hut run for your life, stay out!!! Very disappointed...
