Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

I had a horrible experience with the manager Carmen. I had a bunch of people over including young children. So we order 2 pizzas and 1 family pasta deal. When the food was delivered, we realized that one of the pizzas which should of had 3 toppings was only delivered with 1 topping. We called the store and asked for another pizza to be made. After realizing the pizza was incorrect. We realized that the family pasta we order was also incorrect.We order 2 alfredos and instead received 1 alfredo and 1 marinara. We called the store back to let them know of the second mistake. And the manager Carmen was very rude and blamed us for not catching the mistake along with the last one. When we asked if he felt comfortable about how rude they were being to the customer they were very rude and said we were at fault. After placing over a $40 purchase and adding 20% tip on top of that I have never been...

The last two times I ordered from this location, my food was not delivered. The first time it happened, I was able to get someone on the phone after calling for a long period of time; they apologized and delivered a pizza free of charge which was not what I ordered. The second time it happened, I spent about 20 minutes trying to get someone on the phone and no one would answer. I didn't even bother calling them the next day because I will never order from this location again. Both of these orders were place two hours before the store was closing.

The last time I went inside the store for carry-out, I stood at the counter unattended for a long period of time. There were young kids in the back being extremely inappropriate. My food has also been delivered cold almost every time I've ordered. Do not not waste your time at this location, it's a disgrace to the Pizza Hut...

Ordered for delivery, first the app removed the last pizza from the order and we didn’t know until the rest arrived. Not the store’s fault though, so we ordered that last pizza for pickup.

The pickup pizza was made incorrectly (chicken instead of pineapple) which was not caught by an employee, we noticed ourselves after bringing it back to the car. We got no apology and no attempt at making it right, the teenager behind the counter couldn’t seem to care less. I have worked in fast food and would always at least act like I cared, but this was too difficult for this girl.

I see there’s a reason why this Pizza Hut has such awful reviews, I guess we should have checked google before ordering. I’m sure i’ll get the same comment from the owner as all the other people leaving...
