Seventy-Seven Restaurant — Restaurant in Virginia

Came by the Seventy Seven while in Ferrum. The staff here were kind of rude. They asked so why are you in ferrum? I said I was visiting the ferrum college, just walking around on the campus because it was a beautiful campus. The staff said so you just came to ferrum, to walk around on the campus? like i was weird or something. I know others who come just to walk on the campus as well. Nothing weird about it. I have a relative that graduated from there and I support the school. I think I have a right to walk on their campus if I want. The staff gave me a couple weird looks but nothing too bad. Still made me uncomfortable. Food was good, but I won't be coming back here next time I go for a walk on Ferrums campus. They gave me the feeling they thought I was crazy or something. I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid in the 80s, love it, went back recently with my girlfriend for breakfast, was packed so the wait was expected, but was a little peeved when some people that came in after us got served before us. It has been 10 years since I last ate here. I went today, and LOVED everything about it. Our waitress was SO kind. The Little Giant burger surpassed my expectations and I will most definitely eat there more often now. Great work and kindhearted...
