Sno Shack — Restaurant in Virginia

Today was the only day I have ever been disappointed with Sno Shack. I have been coming here for years. I felt like a disappointed little child. I chose Sno Shack over Starbucks. First my order was given to another customer. The clerk retrieved it from the customer removed the spoon and but a new spoon in and handed it to me. I said ma'am he ate out of it. She proceed to make me another and it fell in the sink. It lost some ice. She added more ice and pushed down with her hand. She was the person who took my payment. Money carry so many germs. She wasn't rude, but my feelings were crushed. I thought about this treat the whole time I was...

Great service! We arrived at 7:52p, not realizing that they closed at 8p. There were two larger groups ahead of us. One group gave the employees such a hard time. It was wild that customers could be so rude, and so close to closing time. The two girls working had SO much patience and handled the situation great. When it was our turn, they were so kind to us and understanding.

Thank you, Sno Shack, for allowing us to make fun memories with our kids during the summer! Keep up...

I love sno cones, but not from here. Never again. I usually have to wait until the beach or the fair for a pina colada sno cone. I stumbled upon this place on Facebook, figured I'd give it a shot but damn was I so wrong. Ordered my sno cone and not even into the 2nd bite there were remnants of insects, bugs and tree bark in my sno cone. Cupped it out completely to find at least 10 plus unknown particles in it. Never again. Stay away. I do suggest a name change...
