Single worst Sonic location I've been to. This location is typically my go to since it is the closest to home. HOWEVER, today is the last time I come here.
Service here is usually a 50/50 of being bad or good. Today was the breaking point. I waited in the drive-thru line, but when i got to the screen to order... nothing... for several minutes no one came on to greet me or even state that they will be right with me... just nothing... I even spoke to the speaker in hopes of getting a response, but no.
As I pulled forward (I was just going to order at the window since the speaker/screen was presumably broken) I could see multiple employees on their phones and looking at each others phones with personal ear buds in addition to the headsets from Sonic.
So as I assumed the speaker/screen was broken, I stated this to the woman behind me in line as a courtesy. Within a minute, a voice came on to help the lady and I was slightly annoyed by this. After that I decided to drive around to the stalls to order there. I push the red button, and wait... and wait... after another VERY healthy amount of time, I hear a woman's voice state that the stall are now closed and I would have to order for pickup or go through the drive-thru... hearing this, I look at the time and see that it is 1:13 pm on a Sunday AND both vehicles on either side of me are ACTIVELY ORDERING FOOD!!!
After a total of 20-25 mins at this location WITHOUT EVEN BEING ABLE TO ORDER, I am forced to drive to the other side of town to the next closest location and order there.
Until there is a change in staff, or management, do yourselves a favor and avoid this location like the plague.
My experiences here, as well as the other very similar negative experiences in the reviews, makes me honestly question the authenticity of any positive...
Read moreThe manager on duty on 9/29/2021 around 3:30-3:30 Pm should not be in the hospitality business and is a disgraceful representation of the franchise. I waited over 25 minutes for an order I placed in the app 20 minutes prior to that. Nobody came outside to ANY of the stalls the entire time. When I tried to call the store, per customer service directions, no one answers, mailbox is full. When I went to the door for help, I was met by a young man who had no clue what was going on. And the manager that was standing right there did NOTHING to assist him. When she finally came outside the door (about 5 feet from where she stood facing away) she was 1) completely rude 2) basically made it clear that she didn’t care that we were waiting or that others were out there 3) had the young man basically toss a bag of food at me (because he didn’t know what to do, he’s a kid)—after he brought out multiple tickets they had someone else’s name, tell me there were no shakes and walk away. 4) manager said it wasn’t her fault the machine was down and I couldn’t get a refund. Didn’t offer an apology, ever. Or something in exchange. I know they’re short staffed and that by the end, I was not very friendly. But that manager has absolutely NO business in this industry. Many customers are wrong and are still treated much better. I had proof of my order. Screenshots of times, time waited, amount, etc and she acted as if it was my problem, not hers. To the young man, I apologize for being stern with you, and I certainly hope that you have better support than what you received today from that...

Just wow. i'm not big on leaving reviews my experience was insanely bad. i order a burger and chili and cheese fries and the guy taking the order repeats the order for accuracy and was friendly about it. After i get the order, i'm starving so while driving i reach for the burger and realize it's tomatoes on it then i also realize that the fries have no chili or cheese on it. i was a little frustrated but no biggie, i was just going to take it back and even give them an out, "hey you might have given the wrong order, the burger and fries are wrong". The first girl bangs the counter out of frustration when she sees me at the window. they "remake" the food and hand it to me without saying a word. call me crazy, but a "sorry for the inconvience or sorry for the messing up the order" but hey that might be too much to ask. i check the burger before i get to far away and there's TOMATO SEEDS on the burger... if i wanted to just take the tomato off the burger then i would've! i go back again and this time i just ask for a refund. the lady says bluntly , "why" , because the first time my order was completely wrong and you guys didn't remake the burger but just tried to slide the tomato off. the customer service and energy there is just way off, accountability is non-existent and complete lack of responsibility and these are characteristics that matter when it comes to your...
