I stopped by while trying to drive my infant twins into a nap. I'd been up most of the night and needed caffeine, so I asked the barista some questions trying to get the right drink. They were really patient, nice, and helpful. They even stopped my tired brain from adding 2 shots of expresso to a drink that already had 2 shots (that would have been an adventure). I got a drink that tastes absolutely delightful- better than when I get the same drink elsewhere even. Not sure what they did but it's perfect. Then, when I was parked and about to go inside (double nap happened, yaaay!) I saw they'd written a little friendly message on my cup with a sticker. It's so small but so sweet. 10/10, great thoughtful service.

(The one that is right across from Walmart and Samā€™s Club on Route 29.) The one next to, Walmart Supercenter, 975 Hilton Heights Rd, Charlottesville, VA. I ordered a Venti Iced Shaken Espresso. The barista gave me thisā€¦ I feel like this was 90% ice and 10% coffee, I ended up finishing this drink within less than five minutes. I have ordered from other Starbucks, same drink, and they usually give me the actual coffee itself, but thisā€¦? This was just messed up and I feel like I should warn people about this. I feel ripped off. This was not worth the money we spent.

Okay first of all wow! The gentleman at the window was so thoughtful and kind. Iā€™ve had a rough week and a half. Thank you for your character and amazing personality. Okay first of all wow! The gentleman at the window was so thoughtful and kind. Iā€™ve had a rough week and a half. Thank you for your character and amazing personality. Itā€™s not common I get asked if I want a straw with the drink/ cup I got but I usually prefer it as I like to take care of my teeth lol, you also asked if I wanted a stopper and ensured I had everything I needed. I stopped here for my morning coffee (along my vending route) and I couldnā€™t have been more grateful for the outstanding quality of service I received. I was greeted by an employee, by the name of Addie who was very warm, professional, and told me about her rafting adventures.

I also was extremely impressed with another employee, by the name of Mary. She was also very warm, hospitable, and went out of her way to make the coffee just right for me.

To upper management, please take notice of these two outstanding employees and share your acknowledgment with them. Itā€™s only because of good people like these who make my mornings 1,000% better, but make me want to return...
