Visited 7-26-19 @ 7pm. Ordered a teriyaki chicken wrap and she only had enough chicken for a scoop and a quarter which is normally two scoops . She asked if I wanted any cheese and I said , do you have any more chicken in the back , she said no, so I changed to rotisserie chicken instead. While she was serving the rotisserie chicken a guy from the back comes up with a brand new pan of teriyaki chicken and her face immediately turned red. I wasn't too worried about it at that point I was like whatever. When she was serving the rotisserie on the second scoop it look like she was trying to get me back for making her switch from the teriyaki to the rotisserie so on the second scoop she was not letting the full second scoop fall into the wrap and some of that fell you got soon as I said that turn on the counter and instead of putting it in my wrap she threw it in the trash. Read morePlaced an online order for 2 foot long steak and cheese subs. Online did say the toaster was down but I didn't expect to get cold subs. I was told unless I put heat the meat in the special instructions part of check out you get it cold. The "assistant manager" was rude and just kept repeating she was told this was the way it had to done. I asked how did they expect me to heat it up with the mayonnaise and toppings on it and again she said that's what she was told and there was nothing she could do. Me and another customer that was having the same problem asked for the managers number or someone other than her to speak with and she said it is against the law to give that information out. And I let the guys behind the counter know that I had an allergy and requested a new knife. The tall one with brown hair and tattoos then rolled his eyes and huffed because he had to go to the back to get one then proceeded to come up front and lay the knife in a bit of mayo on the counter. 🙄🙄 And still was being arrogant.
