HAIR IN MY FOOD. My fiance and I ordered take out from here. We got the General Tsos Chicken, 1 shrimp eggroll, an order of the fried ragoon, and a small thing of shrimp fried rice. As soon as I opened general tsos chicken there was a hair right on top. As I the dug through the chicken I found a second hair. I called them and told them what had happened and they said I had to come all the way back up there with the hair in order for them to do anything. Used to be my favorite Chinese place now it is not good at all. This Tops china used to be where my mom inisted on going because they used to have the best eggrolls, now theyre not so great and super greasy. The wonton soup was watered down, the wontons themselves were undercooked. And I asked for Kung pao chicken and it had no peanuts, it wasn't spicy, and the chicken was mushy. For those of you who think the Chinese staff is rude, I should point out that their phone etiquette is different and there is a language barrier. Get over yourself. The owner, on the other hand, is awkward and has no customer service skills to speak of and he's from here. The food is better than most local Chinese restaurants, but that's not saying much... It is a lot of food and their General Tso's chicken is fairly good and usually crispy. Your experience will vary based on who is working the register and kitchen...
