Top's China — Restaurant in Virginia

Anytime I try a place for the first time I usually order simple. My thoughts are if they mess it up I wouldn't want to try something more expensive. General Tso's chicken, fried rice and a egg roll. The food was fresh but I could taste a hint of rust from the Wok. The store was clean and the employee behind the counter was smiling and very friendly. My order was ready and 10min so I'll be going back soon to try...

everytime I place an order I am told I only can have 2 packs of hot sauce per order. Why is there a limit on hot sauce again? ! This is absolutely ridiculous! I can take the whole bucket of soy sauce but I can't have but 2 packs of hot sauce? If I could give a 0 rating, I would just for this reason! Word of advise, you better have your own hot sauce bc if not you will be charged for any more than 2! ...

Clean, courteous, and fast!!! We do take out from here at least once a month and the sweet girl behind the counter actually remembers what we order, now we just show up and she can prepare our order without asking us anything...of course it helps that we order the dame thing every time. The food is GREAT and so flavorful. I highly recommend this...
