Waffle House — Restaurant in Virginia

From the point we walked in the door till the time we left.to start we ordered coffee five minutes later Kelly came back to take order at this point we still didn't have our coffee. Approx. Five minutes later she brought us our coffee which was cold.a minute or so later as she was walking by we told her coffee was cold.we had to wait for more coffee. Our order finally came and it was incorrect. My eggs were suppose to be sunny side up but were over hard.my fiancee didn't get her toast.with my order then she brought my order with no toast.approaches they finally brought hot coffee and our toast we ask them to hold off on waffles so they wouldn't be cold.when ready for them we told two different waitresses and the cook never got waffles.cook ask us who waitress was. We told her she was outside having break.when she returned she didn't bother washing her hands because We were sitting by bathroom and could see sink they use.my fiancee went to use bathroom and bathroom door inside and out were so nasty and sticky she didn't want to touch it.the first door that separates bathrooms from eating area wasn't no better.we will never eat there AGAIN nor recommend.as we were traveling.the atmosphere was very loud from employees clanging of stainless steel cookware and cookware being dropped on floor .clashing of dishes . we ordered the all star breakfast but for employees to work there and not use proper hygiene is completely unacceptable.we frequent other waffle houses but never had an experience like that.we rate at 0.will not rate but were forced to give rate to be...

I been eating at waffle house for a long time. but this one at 4301 old ln. Chester VA. 23831 is it awful on 03/18/21 at 4:00 PM I stop by to eat. The food was poor quality, at was a gild plying whit the food. I finish eating and she never give me my drink (coffee) and wen I ask for it for like the 4th time she give me old coffee from the day before very cold and nasty. and she star laughing, at me wen I try to take the first sip of the coffee. she never give me no waffle that it came with my order no bacon, at was a night mare, the other costumers see what happened 2 of them live the place right away. after that she told me that she is going to call the manager because she is been working in the place for 2 years and the manager is not going to believe me, so she call him and told the manager that she have a lots of peoples in the restaurant, but it was only four peoples, and exactly what she said she hand me the phone and I told hem what happen. I don't know if the manager is going to do any thing about it. but me and my family never going to eat at that place ageing. to me that girl was very high she was playing and talk incoherencies. and only God knows what kind of food she give to the peoples as long as that person continue working at this restaurant me my family and friends are not going to visit that waffle house ageing. I will not recommend that please to any one need to eat a good clean meal. This place is absolute garbage. The recording says that they limit takeout orders so they can take care of the demand of walk-ins. However when you drive by this place it’s basically empty. Management is trash. All people want to do is order food maybe on their way home from work. Sucks to drive by after being told by the recording no take orders, and the place is empty. This location really needs a management change or upper management change. This store is losing at least $2000 a month just on my orders and friends orders that I know of. Annoying. Guess I’ll keep giving my money to every business in the same block. Because when you are not taking orders that what I do lol 6 nights a week I drive by your store on way home and so do about 15 other people I talk to about...
